**What do you like best about StoreConnect Commerce?**

All the data for Storeconnect is stored and managed in Salesforce. It uses many of the standard objects you are already using so it integrates seamlessly into your workflows. It's extremely powerful and flexible and you can make it do just about anything you need it to.  No extra salesforce licenses (like community) are needed to use it.

**What do you dislike about StoreConnect Commerce?**

You need a strong admin to implement it properly. The CMS for page building is highly flexible but can be challenging to use.

**What problems is StoreConnect Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm a Salesforce consultant and always looking for ways to make my client's lives easier.  The fact that this package is completely native on Salesforce means no APIs, no data living elsewhere, and complete flexibility to use automation tools like flow and custom fields to make it work exactly how you need it to. If you know how to administer Salesforce, you know how to administer StoreConnect.

**What do you like best about StoreConnect Commerce?**

I like that it's a great alternative to experience cloud, at a much lower price point. It's super easy to get up and running, and since all the data lives in Salesforce, you can access it via flow/apex/reports/whatever else you need to do. I'm a huge fan.

**What do you dislike about StoreConnect Commerce?**

There are certain elements that aren't exposed via actions we can use, like adding products to carts. That should really be exposed via invokable apex actions.

**What problems is StoreConnect Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to bring up different storefront experiences very quickly and effectively. We can build out processes that reflect how we want the business to work, rather than being constrained by tools. One use is as a zoo booking tool, where we're able to sell memberships, booked encounters and items in the same cart.

One of StoreConnect’s greatest strengths lies in how it redefines efficiency for modern businesses. By delivering CRM and eCommerce in a single, unified system within Salesforce, StoreConnect Commerce eliminates the need for multiple disconnected tools. This consolidation not only improves operational clarity but significantly reduces the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). With fewer third-party integrations to manage and maintain, teams spend less time troubleshooting and more time growing.

**What do you dislike about StoreConnect Commerce?**

In our evaluation, no major downsides stood out with StoreConnect Commerce — a rare statement in the eCommerce space. Its deep integration with Salesforce, combined with its flexibility and scalability, makes it a compelling choice for organizations already within the Salesforce ecosystem.

However, it’s important to note that StoreConnect Commerce is purpose-built for Salesforce users. If your business isn’t on Salesforce — or doesn’t plan to be — the platform may not be the right fit, and the benefits may not justify the transition cost.

**What do you like best about StoreConnect Commerce?**

Because of the deep integration with Salesforce, we use StoreConnect as the CMS for our corporate website. It allows for quick upload and editing of blog articles, fast editing of our service pages, an d other changes that happen on a daily basis.
We have full control of the look and feel of the site, as well as more nuanced SEO requirements.
We further use the StoreConnect application for rapid sales of our introductory service to new customers, which removes barriers and makes for quick signs ups for those people looking for our services.

No dislikes at this stage. We have used the product for a few years and have not encountered negatives.

Easily edit content and reach our potential new clients.

The tool's flexibility means it can be used for a wide range of projects. It's hard to see Storeconnect's limitations.

It's very easy to implement on the SalesForce platform and to manage content when using the shop part.
Lately, Storeconnect's support has been very much appreciated by our departments, enabling us to launch our web projects successfully.

**What do you dislike about StoreConnect Commerce?**

Unfortunately, it's currently difficult to customize pages as we like in our version. It seems to me that the new update solves this problem, but I can't vouch for it.

**What problems is StoreConnect Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Storeconnect increases our visibility on the Internet. It allows us to automate and simplify order entry for our customers and internal teams.

**What do you like best about StoreConnect Commerce?**

Ease of use and connectivity into an organization's Salesforce stack.
It's easy to implement.
StoreConnect values its' customers and has great customer support.
It's continuously releasing new features and functionality.
Opens up even more incentive to also manage ERP and Accounting on the Salesforce platform. This is was Exceleris specializes in and we've worked with joint customers that have leveraged Salesforce for Marketing, Sales, Ecommerce and ERP.
In a nutshell: It's Flexible and Future proof

I don't dislike anything. It's a great solution and I would recommend companies managing their Product Sales within SalesCloud to consider it for any Ecommerce and PoS requirement.

**What do you like best about StoreConnect Commerce?**

Storeconnect are a company that don't treat you like just a number, albeit that have numerous customers they still feel like a small business in the was they connect with their clients and prioritise their needs. 
From a product perspective, it allows us to keep our whole business infrastructure in the one place and have all our systems connect. It also allows for expansion within the same eco-system.

This is probably a 'me' issue but currently there are a few things that require 'code'  that I'm unable to acheive myself.

They are simplyfing how to customise your store with less 'code' and more editable pages for a novice like me.

StoreConnect Commerce offers an enterprise-quality e-commerce solution that is fully integrated into Salesforce. This provides us with a complete 360-degree view of our customers, orders, and web content all within one ecosystem. Every day, our team, from customer service to front-end developers, can now work within Salesforce, which makes collaboration and training much easier.

As with any software, there are always small bugs - but the StoreConnect customer support team are great and any issues are always resolved.

**What problems is StoreConnect Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StoreConnect allows us to take orders, generate leads and register new customers for all our global operations (multiple geos) from within one ecosystem.
