It uses many of the standard objects you are already using so it integrates seamlessly into your workflows. It's extremely powerful and flexible and you can make it do just about anything you need it to. No extra salesforce licenses (like community) are needed to use it. **What do you dislike about StoreConnect Commerce?** You need a strong admin to implement it properly. The CMS for page building is highly flexible but can be challenging to use. **What problems is StoreConnect Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm a Salesforce consultant and always looking for ways to make my client's lives easier. The fact that this package is completely native on Salesforce means no APIs, no data living elsewhere, and complete flexibility to use automation tools like flow and custom fields to make it work exactly how you need it to.
