**What do you like best about Steeple?**

I like how Steeple unifies our internal communication across the whole team, making it especially valuable for employees who aren’t always at a desk. The platform is extremely mobile-friendly and very simple to use, so no training is required for anyone. I really appreciate how it centralizes everything—company news, updates, polls, events, and team interactions are all in one place rather than scattered across emails, chats, and spreadsheets. This makes communication transparent and consistent, helping to build a stronger, more connected company culture across all locations. The initial setup of Steeple was straightforward, enabling us to create the necessary structure like company groups, user roles, and the news feed without technical help. We had it up and running for internal updates quickly, which I found impressive.

**What do you dislike about Steeple?**

Integration with common German HR tools like Personio or DATEV could be smoother. We have to do manual data transfers instead of fully automated syncing. Also, the content moderation and approval workflow is quite basic. For larger teams or companies with compliance requirements, we need a way to set up multi-step approvals before posts go live. Right now, it's too easy for anyone to publish, which creates risk for official company communications. Adding role-based publishing permissions and draft review cycles would make it more secure. Another issue is that the search and archive functionality becomes weak as content scales. After a few months of posts, finding older information is slow and unreliable. Filters for date, author, topic, and file type are limited. A more powerful search engine and the ability to pin, categorize, and archive important content would help.

**What do you like best about Steeple?**

I use Steeple as an internal communication and engagement platform to share company updates and announcements with employees. **What do you like best about Steeple?**

I really appreciate the fact that by using Steeple, the communication, which used to be through emails, now has shifted to normal texts and become convenient. It makes it so much easier to connect with anyone from the organization. We get constant and timely updates from every department. The initial setup of Steeple was also very easy, which is a big plus for us.

**What do you dislike about Steeple?**

I haven't come across any major thing. But I have experienced the quality issue with some photos I shared.

**What do you like best about Steeple?**

Before Steeple, news and announcements were scattered across different tools. Now, everything is centralized, which saves me time and avoids confusion. I know exactly where to look to stay informed. This central hub keeps things clear and ensures no one misses important updates anymore.

**What do you dislike about Steeple?**

Limited customization options make the platform feel less personal,I wish there were more options to personalize the design or layout. Everything looks the same for every company, which can make it feel too generic instead of reflecting the culture or identity of our workplace.

**What problems is Steeple solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It reduces email overload by moving announcements to a single hub.One of the biggest benefits I’ve noticed is that Steeple significantly reduces email overload. Previously, my inbox was full of announcements and internal updates, which made it harder to focus on important messages. Now, all those communications are on Steeple, where they are organized and easy to find. This change not only saves me time but also makes my email much cleaner. It solves the problem of endless corporate emails while still keeping me informed about everything happening in the company.

Steeple provides a dedicated space to recognize and celebrate employee milestones, birthdays, and work anniversaries. This feature makes it easy for the entire company to show appreciation for their colleagues' hard work and personal achievements, which builds morale and makes people feel valued.

While it's helpful to see basic metrics like likes and views, the analytics can lack depth. It’s hard to get granular insights into what content is truly driving business results or to segment the data by department or location, which limits our ability to create a truly data-driven communication strategy.

It can be difficult for managers and colleagues to formally or informally recognize an employee's contributions. Steeple provides dedicated features to celebrate employee milestones, achievements, and work anniversaries. This solves the problem of under-appreciation by making it easy for the entire company to acknowledge hard work, which in turn boosts morale and fosters a positive work environment.

**What do you like best about Steeple?**

What I like best about Steeple is that it finally makes internal communication engaging instead of one way. Our team actually reads, reacts, and comments on updates something that never happened with emails or notice boards. The kiosk access is especially useful for our non desk staff, so no one feels left out.

**What do you dislike about Steeple?**

Overall, it works really well, but sometimes the mobile notifications come with a slight delay. Also, the analytics dashboard could be a bit more detailed for admins. Nothing major, just areas that could be improved.

**What problems is Steeple solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Steeple, most of our colleagues either ignored company emails or never saw them at all, especially our frontline staff without regular computer access. Important updates were missed, and HR had to waste time repeating information. With Steeple, everyone can see announcements instantly, engage through likes and comments, and even join polls or discussions. This has improved transparency, reduced miscommunication, and made employees feel more included in the company culture.

Steeple is a good internal communication tool within an organization which cares about all employees while focusing on this well-being and audacity as well. From decision making to interactivity Steeple is what an organisation/association needs

To be honest what makes a person to dislike is what a person doesn't understand as for me Steeple is a bundle of blessings what an organisation needs but it should be made more interactive so that users while communicating should stay awake with realtime monitoring activities and fun games as well.

Steeple is what our organisation used and made a trial to eradicate laggy، buggy and annoying action caused by others similar tools but technically Steeple is what an organisation needs and refers to others in terms of legacy legality and being technically upto date.
