**What do you like best about Stax.ai?**

I find the chat feature helps in getting things resolved at least. Trust Accounting works well because the account rep is amazing.

**What do you dislike about Stax.ai?**

They give very little training and expect their new employees to know what they are meant to do. There's no training, no metrics to review performance strength, and no assistance in understanding resources and how they should be used to help clients with their issues. It's just a mess of a company to work at. Customer experience (CX) needs work, and there's a need for fast workarounds.

**What problems is Stax.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stax.ai solved zero problems for me. The chat feature helps in getting things resolved, at least.

Stax takes the thinking out of document and file organization.  Simply upload or send and it does the rest!

Nothing to dislike, the team at Stax is great to work with and quick to answer any questions I have.
