The jump start to a great user experience in Service Portal was real business value.
The expertise helped us account for complex CMS web page capabilities.
Stave was very flexible and resilient in working across the year end holidays.
A ready partner with a "real skin in the game" mindset.

**What do you dislike about Stave PortalMax?**

Helped them quantify the content of PortalMax to make visible the business value to our client.

**Recommendations to others considering Stave PortalMax:**

Maximize the use of pre-built widgets.

Move into Service Portal for end user self-service. Fast access to world-class widgets.

Extensible. Can enhance the UI to suit the brand

**What do you dislike about Stave PortalMax?**

Limited Templates. I would like to see more layouts specific to the SNOW modules

**What problems is Stave PortalMax solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UI Templates for the portal are not easy to create from scratch.
