**What do you like best about Startle?**

Very easy to use, with lots of pre-populated playlists to suit different settings and times of day.

**What do you dislike about Startle?**

It seems like we can only run one playlist at a time across all speakers in every area. There doesn’t appear to be a way to customize it per area, although that might be due to our own local settings and installation.

**What problems is Startle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps with ambience and scene-setting are well done is cost-effective.
