Samsung notified us that they were dropping that platform and that we would have to transition to another company. They offered a recommendation on a company that would have cost tens of thousands of dollars and it did not look user friendly. Our local sign company recommended that we give Play Digital Signage a try. After reaching out to them the created a guide to help us with the transition and took care of us through all of the steps. Their platform is much easier to use than the Banner platform and we could not be more happy with the move to Play Digital Signage. They also have a more robust list of tools that help us manager our boards, including notifications if there is an issue and a live view of what is playing. The pricing is far better than what Samsung offered as an option so this transition was basically a win on all accounts!
