It has really good campaign management and allows seamless integration with other apps. There's lot of focus on automation. **What do you dislike about Stampede?** The implementation cost is on higher end specially for small businesses. Also, while dealing with larger data sets, performance might get impacted. **What problems is Stampede solving and how is that benefiting you?** Customer retention is a significant challenge in the hospitality business and Stampede is able to combat this. It's supporting businesses to create tailored campaigns according to their needs. It brings a lot of tools and functionalities into one which saves the time of end users. ### 2. As with any other software transition, it takes a bit of time to fully integrate from one program to the new. **What problems is Stampede solving and how is that benefiting you?** For our small business, time matters. Prior to Stampede, all of our email and SMS marketing and database upkeep, was done the old fashioned way. This has given back time to spend on our future business goal endeavors. ### 3. It gathered the data from both ends, people visiting site to bring new users into our business and bring customers back. **What do you dislike about Stampede?** The reports aren't fantastic. We would want additional flexibility and alternatives for data, graphs, and so forth. They can add up more customizable templates for the data representation. It would make it easier to enclose them in the presentation. **What problems is Stampede solving and how is that benefiting you?** Collecting the customer's and consumers' behavior on clients' websites along with representing accurate graphs is good for us in making presentation slides and reports for the clients. ### 7.
