It has really good campaign management and allows seamless integration with other apps. There's lot of focus on automation. **What do you dislike about Stampede?** The implementation cost is on higher end specially for small businesses. Also, while dealing with larger data sets, performance might get impacted. **What problems is Stampede solving and how is that benefiting you?** customer retention is a significant challenge in hospitality business and stampede is able to combat this. It's supporting businesses to create tailored campaign according to their needs. It brings lot of tools and functionalities into one which saves the time of end users. ### 2. As with any other software transition, it takes a bit of time to fully integrate from one program to the new. **What problems is Stampede solving and how is that benefiting you?** For our small business, time matters. Prior to Stampede, all of our email and SMS marketing and database upkeep, was done the old fashioned way.This has given back time to spend on our future business goal endeavors. ### 3. We would want additional flexibility and alternatives for data, graphs, and so forth. They can add up more customizable templates for the data representation.
