  ### 1. Stamen is an effective and useful prototype map software

**Describe the project or task Stamen helped with:**

Helped to create prototype maps for evaluation of product. This product is excellent for map making and provides quite a nice design. Indeed, I have not really found a better map making software, and I look forward to using more Stamen. Perhaps it should be more well-known. 

**What do you like best about Stamen?**

The layout is quite nice of Stamen. For an emerging company, the interface is incredible, and the effort put into the very lucid and easily usable user interface shows it. The software is very well written and demonstrates very few bugs -- unlike many other similar topographic software. 

**What do you dislike about Stamen?**

The colors on the software are all quite bright. When working late into the night, the software is harsh on the eyes and not very usable for long-term (within a day) use. Perhaps dampening the colors would improve the efficacy of users of Stamen. 

**Recommendations to others considering Stamen:**

Make sure you are sure that your product is something that you are willing to spend money on Stamen for in order to maximize your profit margins.
