I like how the product has been built, and I think it can fit my business operations into squarebox.ai’s workflow. I also appreciate the customer support team’s patience. The way their services are presented on the website doesn’t feel accurate, and the overall website experience could definitely be improved. It has also supported our business growth through its automations and AI support. The integrations with our app work well, are straightforward to set up, and are easy to maintain. Their pricing, especially compared to other tools in the market when you need to use all features, feels fair and transparent. The pricing is very clear, without add-ons or hidden limits.
