**What do you like best about Springly?**

This is one of the worst platforms I have ever dealt with and there are a LOT of bad ones out there so this isn't saying much for them!

**What do you dislike about Springly?**

The website builder is a disaster, if you are used to building in WordPress or even Wix or Squarespare - good luck with Springly builder, very old school way of thinking of how to structure websites and very limiting on theme customization. Trying to do anything within the system is a nightmare. And support is overseas so if you have an emergency - good luck!

None - it caused more headaches

**What do you like best about Springly?**

As a small non profit association, we were looking for an affordable, all encompassing solution that was easy to use and implement for our members, developer, and back-end users. 
Prior to Springly, we were using 4 different platforms and several spreadsheets to track and disseminate our activities, members and outings. Springly enabled us to save time and money! This one stop solution meant we could integrate a member database, newsletters, bookkeeping, online payments, internal messaging, blog, and activity registration, to name a few. You can also create custom pages to fit your needs and create a unique look all within their templates.
As the Admin and developer I use the platform on a daily basis. When I've needed help, the help utility is quite informative and when I've needed customer support, it has been readily and quickly available. 
While there are more comprehensive platforms out there, I found them challenging to use and considerablt more expensive.

**What do you dislike about Springly?**

There are some features that are a little quirky, but once you're familiar with them, you learn to work within the limitations. 
We post a lot of photos in our newsletters and blogs, but there is no way to alter the size of the images in the post. It would be nice to have two or three images side by side, but that's not possible. 
It would be nice to have an auto-reminder sent out to members that have registered for activities. This was one thing discussed before we joined and was told it was in the works...over a year later it's still not something that has happened. A small thing, but it would help. 
This company is based in France, and sometimes responses to questions have automated replies in French. Not a huge deal, but again, it throws some of our users off...until I show them how to translate...BUT, actual responses from tech suppoort are in very good English from a support person.

Wew ere looking for an integrated solution, and Springly provided taht at aprice that was lower than the separate platforms we were using

**What do you like best about Springly?**

The rich feature set is unbeatable for the price. Our non-profit, the Indian Wells Preservation Foundation, quickly established our website at a very reasonable cost. The ability to provide online membership and payment processing, online event registration, and eventually an online store make this a robust platform that's very easy to use. Customer support was very responsive and make setting up the system a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Springly?**

The website templates are limited in their ability to customize them, although they work well for their intended purpose. Also, I would like to see the ability to add multiple names/email addresses for a single household membership. Current memberships are limited to one individual.

**What problems is Springly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Springly allowed us to bring up a website quickly and it offered online membership processing. It has also provided us a way to send email blasts to members to keep them updated on our activiteis.

Didn't support family registration type and had to create separate membership campaigns

Would like to see events not tied to campaigns or pricing but more of a volunteer organization based activity signup and log hour tracking which would make this tool a very powerful one stop shop for non-profits to manage entire volunteer needs

**What do you like best about Springly?**

Springly has transformed our business. We are a church organization educating God's people with a goal of reaching the masses.

Springly has allowed us to solidify our online presence by allowing us to create a website to reach out students in a way we haven't before.

We have been able to streamline the registration and admissions processes.  We have been able to communicate with prospective students and current students effortlessly.

Payments for online courses has been made easier with the Springly platform and we love it.

**What do you dislike about Springly?**

While Springly has some great features.  It would be nice to be able to manage pricing for events with more control. 
Currently, springly's features does not allow the administrator to add special prices as needed or add commentary by pricing as needed.

It would also be nice to have forms with more intuitive messaging for users, and more control of the form layouts for events and membership.

It would also be good to have ease of question creation.  The feature doesn't allow manipulation of the questions as needed for the look and feel of each individual form.

**What problems is Springly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Springly has helped us to create a website that is user-friendly and easily accessible for our students.

Springly really has allowed us to easily collect payments for events and membership.

Communicating with users and students has never been this easy for our small institution allowing us to have a different reach with our student body.

**What do you like best about Springly?**

I'm the membership secretary of a small group in a nonprofit. We have about 325 members. Our previous membership secretary passed away suddenly and she'd kept the membership information on her personal computer in a database built for her in the '90's. As part of our continuity plan, we decided to move to Springly so that several users had access to a cloud based system. We now use it to renew our membership and keep in touch with our members.

**What do you dislike about Springly?**

Early on in use, we found Springly a bit confusing, but customer support answered our questions quickly! We were able to learn the system and it has been ease to use since!!

**What problems is Springly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a cloud based solution with multiple admins.

**What do you like best about Springly?**

For a small non-profit organzation such as ours, Springly is a highly cost-effective soluntion for membership management. It has more features than we will use, but has the features necessary for managing a simple membership organization. Implementation was easy due to the ability to download our previous Excel-based records to Springly. Customer support has been excellent. For the one issue we encountered that required more than a simple Help Desk response, Victoria stepping in to assist quickly and effectively.

**What do you dislike about Springly?**

At times, I do not find Springly intuitive in performing certain functions. In some cases the "Help" prompts did not answer my question because I did not know how to frame the issue. Short video tutorials/webinars for common functions such as membership setup, communication and renewal would be helpful.

**What do you like best about Springly?**

We have been using Springly for our Parent-Teacher Organization, and have been using all aspects of the tools - website, online store, accounting integration, payments, and contact management.  All of the tools provided have been quite easy to use and approach, even for a non-developer and non-accountant.  We were able to migrate and set up our site very quickly, and add tools as we went - which is very handy for a part-time volunteer organization.  

We have used the online store for multiple sales, send weekly updates out from the contact management, and manage all of our accounting aspects from within the package.  One of us is logging into the site and using one tool or another almost daily.

In a few instances we found tools or features that didn't work as expected, or that would work better for us and contacted support with their ticket system.  These tickets were responded to very quickly, with fixes being within a day typically and some new features as quickly has within a couple of weeks.

**What do you dislike about Springly?**

Some of the aspects are limited compared to other tools we looked at - however, this for many is probably a benefit.  If you're looking for complex integrations with other tools or have complex financial situations, it may not be a great fit.

Day to day for us, the only issue we have run into is that the email template generator is a little kludgy to use, but it hasn't been terrible and has met our needs.

I REALLY would love more embedding options for the calendar and events. We have an official Wordpress site away from Springly, and deeper integration would make Springly a 10/10!

I enjoy the ease of set up and customer support. Their team was quick with responding, connected on a video call to discuss any issues I had, and did not become frustrated with my redundant questioning in setting up our payment processing early on.

The sending of the donations receipts and automation into the financial portion is great.

Very good pricing compared to other payment processors and donation platforms.

The bulking templates are limited and integration into other programs, but that is expected with a start-up phase.

Springly is a great product for non-profits. We have been using it for the last few months. Support has been great, we ran into an issue with the website integration with our domain. It was fixed in a timely manner. Support is a big thing to us. It has met our needs so far.

Dislikes: Integration with domain and wordpress website. Documentation is good but very basic.

The CMS used for website building is aging a bit but still allows to build a satisfactory website (same for newsletter templates).

It gives you a chance to integrate online payments, membership, and accounting. It is has a overall wide useage when it comes to tracking donors and receiving payments.

The entire site is really not intuitive to use. The accounting is really diffcult to use with limited features. Overall the features are choppy- not smooth to get into and out of.

The problem it solves was a ALL IN ONE system that enabled us to track membership, enable members to pay dues, and have the capacity to facilitate an accounting profile.

We transferred from a previous site that was extremely costly for our non-profit organization. Thankfully Springly made the transition easy and smooth as possible.  We have been ecstatic with the features of membership organization, payments or dues and events and the accessibility and friendlness from their IT and customer support!

I think some of the graphic and visual features, and use of creating the sites pages could be improved a little, however it has certainly done what we need!

Springly is a great platform for nonprofits with a small staff where folks play multiple roles to keep their mission alive. 

The backend accounting can replace a traditional Quickbooks expense, the hosting of a click-to-edit website with a digital storefront is incredibly handy. Even more, the $0 fee processing is invaluable to Small nonprofits where every single cent truly counts.

The website is easy to set up for novice users, but for organizations who want a more customizable experience, it lacks in usability and functionality.

**What problems is Springly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love all of the features that tie together - the storefront and donations feed directly into the accounting backend so it eliminates needing multiple software applications and integrations.

The ability for our non profit members to make payments for our events.
The many uses that the platform provides such as email communication, tracking of payments, website maintenance etc...

The site was a bit cumbersome when it came to reporting.  You are not able to filter the reports enought to create useable data.

I like that it works well for nonprofits. I use it weekly and it does work fine.

**What do you dislike about Springly?**

I wish the website was more intutive. It can be hard to navigate unless you've worked in it for a couple hours. Certain membership features are in settings and not a toggle or easily accessible option.

It is solving the need for an automative membership system and a way of digitally keeping track of memberships. It has lifetime membership options too which are very helpful for myself and organization.

Tracking money with my bank connected does not work well. Recently many of the shortcomings of the software have been addressed.

Springly was a great option for us because it solved a lot of challenges we were facing without the more and more normal huge SAAS price-tag like some of the other players in this space that are geared for managing huge operations.

There were some data import features that were missing that would have made the transition phase a bit easier, but it was still manageable.

Managing our growing membership and making effective communication with that membership seamless.

Springly's software does a lot: accounting, payment processing, event planning, etc. Even still, the team is always adding new features or updating its current features to stay on top of what nonprofits need.

**What do you dislike about Springly?**

We would love a way to call customer support when we have a quick question. Right now, we have to go through their ticketing system, which can take a day or two for a reply.

It's serving as an all-in-one solution so that we don't have to pay for multiple nonprofit management tools.

Springly has a lot of tools under one platform. It's easy to navigate from tool to tool with the sidebar.

**What do you dislike about Springly?**

I wish Springly had a customer support phone number. You have to submit a ticket/email a representative. They do get back to you within one or two business days, but sometimes, you have a quick question that you want someone to immediately help with over the phone.

Springly helped us with all of our management besides accounting (we use something/someone else for that).

I like that you can do everything within one platform (fundraising, communication, payment processing, accounting). Its comprehensiveness is especially impressive given that it's the fraction of the cost of other nonprofit software solutions that do less.

The platform's communication feature is pretty limited. It sends emails, but it doesn't do social media, SMS, and other communication channels that you may find with its competitors.

**What do you like best about Springly?**

The main advantages :The automated registration process associated with online payment has saved us a lot of time. Formerly we used to spent about 300 hours for accounting purposes. After setting up Springly, we divided this time by a factor of 10. Transparency, easiness of consultation wherever you are, are other key benefits of this platform.

**What do you dislike about Springly?**

The web site part is our member's space. This is the only part that should be enhanced and give the administrators more customization options. I'm picky saying this because the current features allow to develope a nice web site and integrate the other features of the platform, but I'd like more advanced options in terms of CSS for instance.

**What problems is Springly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After having made a tour of the competitors, the association of which I am president decided to pass on Springly for the richness of its functionalities, very far ahead of the competition. The strong integration between the various elements allows a saving of time more than appreciable. We are currently in the process of re-registration, which involved a lot of accounting entries (nearly 200), and which is now transparent. The entries are automatically generated directly in the correct cost elements. The integration of a means of payment via credit cards and automated bank reconciliation make the use of the accounting system even more efficient. As for the website, which can still be improved, it benefits from this integration and is currently used as a member's area, with a number of paid or unpaid services offered. The product evolves regularly, which is the sign of a dynamic development team that listens to its customers. To paraphrase an old advert: "To try it is to adopt it!
