Highly customizable but somewhat difficult to configure

|Springboard
Springboard is built on top of Drupal which enables a high degree of customization. The software includes a number of useful features not found in some other systems such as an option to prompt donors to uplift to monthly recurring donations. The integration with Salesforce was reliable. We liked the we could develop both donation forms as well as name acquisition, survey and other types of forms on the same platform. Customer support was good.

The ability to track requisitions and candidate stages in real-time saves a lot of back-and-forth communication. Helps maintain compliance and track user actions.Seamless integration with VidCruiter, CRM tools, and collaboration platforms.
