Time management, allows for growth at a pace that suits me. We have grown but the level of admin hasnt changed allowing me to focus on working on making our club better for all involved.
Charlene has been a key factor to introducing the product, and then account managing. I am always pushing the capabilities and Spond are very forward thinking. Its a really great system.
The safeguarding aspect of the system is amazing, and parents and coaches love how it works.
Tech isnt everyones cup of tea, but most boxes are ticked and people are now used to using it.
#itsonspond was a term well used by me, but that seems to be less as people have adapted.

The lack on auto generated payments, needs a Xero or accounting software integration.
Could do with an intergrated coaches availability calendar or a place to add holidays that would then appear on dates as they are entered.
The app only allows you send 100 messages at a time, so I am not able to send the whole family of 400 people a message at once.
Cant refund app payment requests.
Email account integration with outlook would be good, and logged telephone calls with the ability to make a note, but not a massive thing.
Finance payment request to be seen in app also.
