What I like most about Jersey Watch is how it gives clear visibility into what is happening inside applications and services. It helps track performance without making things too complex. The dashboard is easy to understand. Even if you are not deeply into monitoring tools, you can still quickly see what is healthy and what needs attention. I like how it focuses on real-time monitoring. When something slows down or behaves differently, it shows up quickly, which helps react faster. Jersey Watch integrates well with existing services. It doesn't force a full rebuild of the system just to start using it. The alerts are useful and actionable. Instead of random noise, alerts usually point toward a real issue that needs attention. It helps connect performance data with actual API behavior, which is very helpful when debugging backend services. I also like that it feels lightweight. It does its job without adding unnecessary complexity or overhead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I dislike is that initial configuration can take some time. Setting up monitoring rules and understanding metrics requires some learning. Documentation could be more detailed in some areas, especially for advanced use cases. Customization options for dashboards are limited. You may not always get the exact layout you want. For very large systems, filtering and drilling down into data can feel slow at times. Some metrics require manual tuning to be truly useful. Otherwise, they may feel too generic. it would be helpful to have more built in integrations with third-party tools. the UI is functioanl but not every moderator. it works fine but could look more polished.
