## TeamSnap Reviews
  ### 1. Easy Scheduling and Communication, Minor Ad Distractions

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mikhela C. | Dance Choreographer • Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

I find TeamSnap incredibly useful for organizing and coordinating with coaches and my son's baseball team. It really helps in scheduling baseball games and communicating with coaches. I enjoy being able to plan activities with other team members and streamline delegation of responsibilities. One of the features I appreciate is the ability to schedule out all of the games at the start of the season so every parent can see it. I also find it helpful to see parents' names along with their baseball player on the team and the instant update notifications. The initial setup was very easy, taking just five to ten minutes if you have all the necessary information. I'd even rate TeamSnap a nine out of ten for recommending it to others.

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

There are sometimes ads that pop up, which could confuse someone and they might end up purchasing an unnecessary subscription.

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use TeamSnap to organize and communicate with my son's baseball team. It helps in scheduling games, planning activities with coaches, and organizing team functions. TeamSnap lets me send instant updates, keeping everyone informed quickly and easily.

  ### 2. Instant Communication, Frustration with Multi-Team Access

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Craig M. | Product Editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

I love how TeamSnap helps me communicate with athletes and their families quickly. I really appreciate the ease of sending a bulk message, which is super convenient for reaching out to the team once a week. Plus, it's easy for recipients to reply, so if they have any questions or concerns, they can easily reply privately. Also, once I got the hang of uploading contact info, the initial setup was pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

I am the coach of the junior high team, but am also a parent of athletes on the high school team, and I cannot get into TeamSnap for the high school team. It is frustrating. Explain how to navigate it, because I can't figure it out at all.

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamSnap helps me communicate with athletes and their families quickly. I like the ease of sending bulk messages and that recipients can easily reply. Messages get through instantly, and they can reply privately if they have questions or concerns.

  ### 3. TeamSnap is our leagues MVP!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Farod T. | Team Manager, VP of board, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

I love how seamless and it easy it is to use and learn. It’s not just we have to use it, our coaches, staff and parents actually really enjoy using it.

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

There is not much to dislike but if there was a way to track different sports(track in this case) stats and growth that would be great

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Registration, communication, scheduling, tracking of different measurements for athletes. Alerts!!! Love alerts! Especially for track as they call different events. Being able to alert parent with alerts is so clutch. TeamSnap makes a lot of moving parts be in one place and seamlessly

  ### 4. Essential for Multi-Team Coaches—Easy, Organized, and Foolproof

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2025

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

Multiple Teams, Divisions and Sports.
I coach for school private clubs and different sports.
I can put everything is the app...what time to meet, what color to wear, address, etc.
I use TeamSnap pretty much everyday. Easy to get people on board, I say it's IDIOT PROOF

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

Sometimes it gets addresses wrong. Don't think it is a TeamSnap issue, more of a google issue.

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamSnap syncs to my phone calendar, my wife loves that. She knows where I am at all times. She is able to keep tabs on me, and I can see any potential conflicts in my schedule.

  ### 5. Revolutionized Scheduling for Athletic Directors Thank you Caitlin for the great customer service!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

I've been a middle and high school athletic director for 33 years. I come from the days of passing out paper schedules to the student/athletes. As everyone knows those schedules rarely made it home to the families or if miraculously they did end up in the parents hands, that wrinkled paper schedule was pulled from the bottom of a backpack. Revisions and changes to schedules were super challenging to keep current.

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

I was new to using TS in the fall of 2024-05. I was in a new AD position and the school was going to experiment with using TS for the first time. Initially I was frustrated with customer service. I would attempt to call TS with questions, but would receive very little help.

However, all of that changed when I was put in touch with customer support person Caitlin Boon. She has been an amazing recourse for me and our school. Whenever I email her she responds immediately and points me in the right direction with all of my questions. THANK YOU Caitlin!

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since speaking with Caitlin my issues with rostering and transitioning from season to season has become much easier.

  ### 6. Effortless Setup and Team Management Made Simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel K. | Senior Mechanical Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2025

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

Ease of setting up seasons and teams, ease of managing payments and setting up different payment options and discounts. Ease of creating team calendars and maintaining team communications

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

I had issues rostering and auto-rostering but it was likely a lack of training/understanding how to set it up correctly.

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem that TeamSnap solves is easily management of money and dues. Roster management is also helpful but not having to deal with cash is a major headache relief.

  ### 7. Easy Team Communication for Quick Updates and Cancellations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

Easy to use, add the members of your Team and they can all communicate together. Great for quick updates and game cancellations etc. Mobile app rocks!

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

Could be better at customizations, desktop is a little clunky.

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping communication open and quick to team members.

  ### 8. I love TeamSNAP! It love how it handles everything from registration to team snack communication!

I love Kendra my assigned TeamSNAP rep! She is a dream! And zoom meeting with her have really helped in season prep.
I love that parents/players and coaches can know the schedule, communicate and all be on the same page.
I love that my coaches can SHOUT OUT to players and parents to not forget their SHINGUARDS or a FIELD LOCATION change!
Mostly - I love how to find players, parents, those who are unpaid or anything else I need to run my Club.

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

TeamSNAP keeps evolving!
Its better each season.
There are a few things I wish were different - but I also still learn and improve my skills to navigate better.
I love when something is not right - there are resources to resolve!

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Registration, Rostering, Player Payments, Club Communication, Team and Coach Communication, Scheduling

  ### 9. Family Registration --> EASY!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Barb W. | Sports Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2025

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

I can see in real time how many are registered and the amount of fees collected.

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

Discontinuing of the Form Fee Page
Registration problems take too long to fix.
Too hard to get connected to a real person.
Constant changes to the software make it difficult.
Parents have to input all the info for themselves for each child versus doing it once for the family.
Too hard for coaches to see current teams. Archived teams interfere.

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of registration and collecting fees.

  ### 10. Greater Vernon Minor Hockey 2024 Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris C. | Administrator / Registrar / Ice Ambassador / Tournament Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2025

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

The ability to consolidate all our registrations in one location. This includes season registration, tryout registration and in season onging clinic registration.

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

The clunkier side of reviewing existing registration details when communicating with membership.

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hockey Canada Integration

  ### 11. Marketing & Ads disguised as team management

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick D. | Pharmacy Preceptor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2024

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

Overall its average industry wide. Availability is nice.

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

For basic player availability the team manager needs to pay a yearly fee, which is not bad. The problem is littered throughout the entire app (game schedules, roster, etc.) are ads that slow the functionality down and minimize its utility, frustrating users. The only way to get rid of ads is for each user to pay a monthly subscription. It's really a bad model with so many better options on the market. You need to do better Teamsnap.

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Basic communication, scheduling, and availability

  ### 12. Its okay

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laticia R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2023

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

i liked that it was easily accessible for my team

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

I did not like how hard it was to add myself as an admin. Sharing a code was tough

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved sharing information to parents and communication.

  ### 13. Perfect tool for managing sports team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan N. | Chief Executive Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2022

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

Love the simple way to add in a calendar of events, games, tournaments so parents can all have the schedule at their fingertips.

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

I would love a cleaner calendar view. Maybe view events by week, by month or by day. Also grouping all events to one view. If you're a parent with multiple kids, I'd like to see all in one view.

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are doing a great job at cleaning up confusion and communication.

  ### 14. Communication App for a Busy Parent and Player

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2021

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

My TeamSnap App is wonderful. I travel a lot for work, and I am always aware when my son has a soccer game and when he is needed to guest play. That way it allows me to attend the game or sometimes find him a ride to get him the game. I have access to all of the parents on the team

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

It was challenging for the Team Administrator to change the old email address to the current one. We still have parents who can't sync the app with their calendars. These are a couple of things that affected me when I first started working with TeamSnap

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a busy work schedule, TeamSnap allows me to see immidiate notifications if there has been any changes or cancellations to the current schedule or player roster.

  ### 15. Great tool for teams!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Courtney S. | Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2021

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

TeamSnap is so easy to use and helps keep all the schedules and information for my teams organized and easily accessible. I love the ease of the email and chat features.

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

There is not much that I dislike about teamsnap.

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I coach within an organization for multiple teams so it is nice to have all the schedules in one place. The app is easy to update and I love the ease of the email and chat features.

  ### 16. Excellent Communication Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2021

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

It helps make messaging and contacts very easy with a team that is dispersed across the city. Instant contact.

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

Not able to take payments from the regular version of TeamSnap.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSnap:**

Consider the cost of implementing other systems vs the results of nearly instant integration.

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collaboration and seamless movement whenever plans go awry

  ### 17. Great way to have it all in one.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Levi D. | Lead Web Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2021

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

I like that you have your entire team, their numbers, family members, schedule, and DM's all in one.

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

I don't particularly appreciate how they do not keep stats in the app.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSnap:**

Be able to connect to another app called Game Changer so you can upload stats.

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have complete conversations in the app and see each other's availability for games and practices.

  ### 18. Paying for premium doesn't remove ads for team.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron M. | IT Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2021

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

Scheduling is on par with other scheduling apps. Communication is alright in comparison. The integration for directions and locations is better than a couple of apps but still just average.

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

First and foremost, if I pay for an "Ultra" account, all of my team parents will still receive ads with an option for them to pay additional subscriptions to get rid of ads. The issue with the ads is a non-starter for our program.

Second, the chat options could use a bit more enhancing.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSnap:**

Find another solution that puts more value on your premium membership cost.

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have not solved any problems over my current solution. In fact, I have created a new problem with the Ads policy of Teamsnap.

  ### 19. Great tool for managing teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Performing Arts | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2021

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

I like that our team members can easily see the upcoming event schedule and set their availability through the app or website.

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

I wish it was easier to separate teams into different groups or be able to send communications to specific groups rather than the whole team at once.

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using TeamSnap, we had no way to easily track availability for upcoming events or communicate with our whole team at once. The benefits are that parents and kids can manage their account easily through the app and we can communicate with them through messaging and announcements.

  ### 20. Marks review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2021

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

a single app for all thing about my daughters softball team

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

The chats are berried too deep in the app

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

a single place for the team to use to communicate

  ### 21. Hockey League Administrator

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew S. | Interaction Designer and Information Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2020

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

Easy to set up divisions, teams and schedules with templates provided. Straight forward messaging and inviting of parents and players to the team on TeamSnap. Newly expanded registration and payment system makes tracking events and payments easy.

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

Importing templates can be hit or miss if format is off. Creating a registration form for some situations is difficult as the system generally set up for one off registration events. Would like to see a way to have registrations for training sessions, i.e. pick three out of the six sessions and pay.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSnap:**

If you are looking for a simple way to manage, schedule and communicate with travel, rep and house league teams, TeamSnap is a easy to use platform with an integrated mobile app. Individual teams schedules can be subscribed to for integration into your Google or other calendar apps.

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamSnap makes managing teams and schedules easy. The built in messaging system is beneficial as you are prompted to notify teams if changes are made to existing events. Messaging allows for parents to communicate with team staff and other players efficiently. Access to schedules and messages through both the website and mobile app. Integrates with most calendar apps.

  ### 22. Teamsnap

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Seth G. | Financial Advisor, Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2020

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

Good resource for larger teams and sports who need to blast information out on a regular basis.

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

Can be confusing at first to fully understand the capabilities this program can offer.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSnap:**

If you need to send information to larger teams or sports groups this does it nicely.

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using this to keep team members up to date as well as reminders of upcoming events.

  ### 23. The excellent and versatile organizer I needed.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Susan L. P. | Sports Coach, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2019

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

I love this system because it allows me to synchronize all my daily tasks with my work schedule, it also helps me to keep in direct contact with all my stuff and in turn to share photos of the achievements we have obtained in the special events where we participate.

One of the more prominent details of this system is that I can use it on any device, it is very dynamic, it has a very friendly and easy to configure interface, its functions are very useful, it allows me to see all my work team and be aware that none of me is missing, in case of missing I can communicate quickly through this system. I feel very happy having this tool in my hands since it keeps my business well organized and with a unique security proof of everything.

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

For the moment I can say that I like the whole system as such, however, at first if it seemed very expensive where not any organization can buy it.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSnap:**

Without a doubt I recommend this system, since it is a very useful tool. As I said before, it is a bit expensive, but it is worthwhile to have it in your business.

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to this system I have been able to make efficient planning and in turn sharing this planning to all my teams in real time, this has truly been a time saving, which has allowed us to optimize all labor management and thereby increase the productivity of my business.

It has also created a dynamism and has strengthened the sense of belonging of all to see the awards and recognition that the company as such has won due to the management of all equally.

  ### 24. TeamSnap

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pankaj Y. | Customer Service Specialist, Retail, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2019

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

This software is very quick and easy communication with any client. It is easily navigate and has allows for a multitude of communication methods. it is very easy to use and lot of feature are present. in this software cloud version and app version make it easy to use.

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

In this software many additional fees associated with using the Invoicing feature. it gives many notifications about one single event, message or any email. free version is not easy to understand. it is costly app.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSnap:**

Excellent app, i recommended it.

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This software allows coaches and parents to stay connected on one easy to use platform. it is very user friendly app. now this time I am not using this software because sometime uploading any picture is very difficult.

  ### 25. Teamsnap is a snap

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon S. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2019

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

It is very easy to use. Although we don’t take advantage of everything it has to offer, it makes file sharing and communicating with members of our program very easy.

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

For what we need it for, there isn’t much to dislike. If I had to pick something it would be that it’s a limited number of people that can be in the group unless you get the highest priced plan

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSnap:**

If you are looking for an easy way to communicate amongst team members, you should definitely try it out

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us share schedules and files easily for the 25 girls that are a part of the program.

  ### 26. hockey team management

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2018

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

knowing the availability of your players for each game was great. I also like that there is a teamsnap app as it allows me to easily see the required information that I needed while at the games.

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

you needed everybody on the team to use it to make it valuable. It would be nice if you had the option to have people confirm that they are coming to the event even after they replied that they would attend. Having the option to send a mass text to the participants would also be ideal as some people don't check it as often and for when there is a cancellation it would be handy for everybody to know regardless of whether they checked the app

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSnap:**

Teamsnap is a great way for people to communicate availability for events and it creates a common place where you can share information and communicate with each other

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was trying to solve how we can communicate with the whole team, it avoided a lot of email chains and text messages and put all communications into one place

  ### 27. Cheer calendars made cheerful

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle T. | Sr. Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2018

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

My daughter's cheer team uses TeamSnap to coordinate practices and keep us all on the same page with information. It's a great way for me to know when a practice is coming up and if there is anything special I need to prepare for. I like that I get alerted on my phone when a new snap is created instead of having to keep checking in to see if something changed.

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

There isn't really anything I dislike about the app. If I had to pick something (and it looks like I do because I have a 40 character limitation) it would be more on the user side. As in, maybe not make it so easy for people to send a group message when it could be just sent to an individual. I get pinged on conversations I wish I could opt out of and ignore.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSnap:**

Great way to keep people on track and "In the know"

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's not a business problem as I am using it for my daughter's cheer. Which is nice because then I do not need to use my work calendar to update/remind myself of what it is I need to do for her upcoming events.

  ### 28. Great schedule management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ayanna D. | Academic Advisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2018

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

TeamSnap has become an essential part of my day-to-day planning. It easily syncs with my calendar and mail to remind me of upcoming events. I also appreciate the ability to share photos and send message within each individual group. I love the most recent 'feed-style' visual update.

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

Default notification settings can be a bit much. My email box fills up quickly since I juggle anywhere between four to seven groups or teams at any given time. They can be adjusted, but takes a few extra steps.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSnap:**

If you have more than one or two teams/groups I would adjust your emails notification settings to only receive notification via your email or device calendar. Syncing Team Snap with your device gives you a detailed 'schedule at a glance' each day and will update if an event or meeting is canceled or changed.

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Team snap is a great way to sync many schedules. Having everything in one place is a time saver. Communication within the app is also easy. Sharing photos and in app direct messages is also a plus.

  ### 29. Great App For Team Communication

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Haley G. | Licensed Massage Therapist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2019

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

I love the roster capability. Being able to see who all is on the team is great. I love the group text as well.

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

I dislike how long the app takes to open. I think the “team chat” could be much easier to get to.

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m aware of cancellations with a game, and I know dates of future games.

  ### 30. Great for Sports Team coaches and parents

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2019

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

Intuitive user interface. Mobile App is nice and easy to use. Notifications are quick and extras are worthwhile (especially Availability tracking).

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

A few too many ads pop up in the mobile app which can be distracting an confusing for some users.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSnap:**

For general communications, I would consider a different product like GroupMe.

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Team event communications - simple to show all the important event info in one spot and be able to update everyone very quickly.

  ### 31. The easiest way to convey all relevant information.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philip P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2018

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

I love being able to access practice/game times, locations, uniforms, etc., all through the app. It is hands-down the best, most efficient way to keep the entire team up-to-date.

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

There are some limitations on loading and sending attachments/media by way of the mobile apps. Meaning, you have to log on using a computer, which isn't always available.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSnap:**

It's only useful if the team members actually download and access the app. Otherwise, it's all for naught.

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping the team informed of the practice/game schedule, with all information readily accessible at a moment's notice.

  ### 32. One of the better Team Apps

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott R. | Co Founder and SEO Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2018

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

I love the apps ability to keep my team informed, on the same page, and the messaging feature is a big help to all families.

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

Often times, the app seems to move very slowly. Whether using the app on my iPhone X...or a PC...it still can load slowly.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSnap:**

Stay active. It only works if all parents and players use it consistently.

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very nice job of maintaining my team's critical information. Schedules, rosters, and all team communications all come from one place. No more BCC'ing everyone in email after email.

  ### 33. Great way of communicating and keeping a schedule organized.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cassandra S. | Assistant Ice Hockey Coach, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2018

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

Confirmation of practice and games times, being able to add notes whether or not the athlete would be attending.

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

Not being able to edit an event 24 hours before event

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling and communication throughout the team, coaches and team staff is quick easy and productive

  ### 34. Team Snap Review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laurie d. | High School English Teacher, Education Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2018

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

I like being able to edit a scheduled practices in the program and it seamlessly communicates the changes to the parents. I like that the updates I make are live as soon as I send it. I don't have to keep a list of email addresses or phone numbers and send text alerts - I can send one message out and I know it's going to all the parents who have signed up.

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

App platform is a bit tricky sometimes - kind of difficult to toggle between teams. Getting parents logged in and signed up is kind of tricky. It's difficult to remove yourself from an account after you've signed up for one.

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We communicate with our parents and it gives schedules of practices and games to parents without us having to print them out every time they change. We are able to update parents in real time, as well, without having to send mass text messages.

  ### 35. Does the job but not innovative

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2018

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

The platform is stable and it is used by enough teams that we all at least are operating on a familiar environment. I like that I am able to manage multiple team accounts.

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

I absolutely dislike the lack of direct reply and messaging. There are times when I just want to communicate just with a coach and not the entire team.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSnap:**

Adoption is critical. This tool is great as long as everyone commits to use it as a default engagement tool.

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Running multiple teams for people (i.e., my family) as well as for our regional sport federation (the PNKF).

  ### 36. I have a love hate relationship with Team Snap

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bernadette B. | Purchasing Manager, Consumer Goods, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2018

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

Easy to add players, easy to send out messages, easy to chat. All in all, it is rather EASY.

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

Where to start. It crashes plenty. Not in the FREEZING crash, but in the fact it just can't connect to the server. There are times folks are saying they have TS messages on chat, but I cannot see them. If I add a photo to my chat, loads slow. Some times, it just won't load. I have had to uninstall and reinstall more times than I can count. Also, notifications. Why can't they be silent?!?! My email comes with an icon but no noise. With TS it is all or nothing. I want a TS notification ICON, but no noise. The minute I activate notifications, my phone is vibrating for days. I would love if you could cut limit attendance for an event, and then freeze attendance X hours prior so that folks cannot "unattend."

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSnap:**

Patience. And get all information. This is great because it houses your team's contact info so your team can reach out to other members of the team. All information necessary is there for concrete communication. I am on board because as an administrator and contact, I do not have to be the central contact person. Folks can reach out to each other rather than me being an intermediary.

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication. We love it. You are signed up or you aren't. It is my quick shot off to let folks know when, where, how, and there is no excuse.

  ### 37. Nordic Coach Loves It

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Seth S. | Computer Science Teacher and Math Teacher, Education Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2018

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

I love that my parents felt in constant contact with me and the team!

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

Honestly the only thing I didn’t love was the cost which is a little tough for a high school team!

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was working to solve communication issues for my team and family especially when to weather.

  ### 38. tool for group management, original...taken to the playing field.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2018

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

If we are responsible for managing our own teams, groups, or any other collective, TeamSnap is a tool that will simplify the management of their needs, as it will offer us the necessary tools for this, from creating calendar events to tracking payments, communication system, or creating photo albums.

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

I have nothing to say about it...this tool serves me as it is. I would add very small improvements.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSnap:**

It has a very team sports-oriented approach, although we can use the tools to meet the management needs of any group or collective.

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a management panel where each tab is a specific tool, which we can access and work with easily.

  ### 39. Helpful, But Expensive

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2018

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

We use TeamSnap for communication with my members of sports teams. It is helpful to have information regarding games, snacks, team members, etc. in one place.

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

The basic pricing is pretty reasonable, however, coaches often pay for this program out of pocket when the league doesn't pay. It would be helpful if there were a "free" option, even if it had family friendly advertising to offset the cost.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSnap:**

It might be helpful if your league could purchase it for coaches and volunteers to use.

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use TeamSnap to communicate with team members for different sports clubs in the area. It is helpful to have information in one place rather than emails going out that might be lost in the shuffle.

  ### 40. Good

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2019

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

Easy to keep everyone in touch without calling and texting

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

Sometimes the email alerts do not go through

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping coaches and parents in touch

  ### 41. TeamSnap for hockey team

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam S. | Marketing Operations Coordinator, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2018

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

Very easy app to use. Very fast to message the team

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

It is difficult to see email responses in the app.

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting the team on the same page. Communication has never been easier and before it was hard to coordinate

  ### 42. Great Software for Group Communication

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shauna W. | Project Assistant, Banking, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2018

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

Super easy to create events. Great to communicate with an entire group at once. Really user friendly interface .

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

It would be nice to have even more customization options.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSnap:**

It's definitely worth a try.

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It made it easy to keep everyone on the page through schedules and communication. If I needed to collect payments, this would have been easy to do with the payment options available.

  ### 43. Great tool for managing Little League team schedule

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2018

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

I like the feature set that is included in TeamSnap - you can see the roster of players (with pictures and parent's contact info), the practice and game schedule, post messages, share photos, player availability, etc.

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

There is not much to dislike here, I'm by no means a power user but for the purposes of keeping a little league team info centralized, this tool is awesome.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSnap:**

I'd 100% recommend using Team Snap for managing any youth (or adult for that matter) sports team. I'm sure there are other applications that would be useful for this product too!

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I know that the entire league uses this tool (not just our team), so league info is easily distributed to parents. So for example it rained yesterday and the fields were closed, so the league administrators could easily alert everyone at once, in once interface.

  ### 44. Team management app; Doesn't Really do anything

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2018

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

TeamSnap is a way to manage teams, or even multiple teams of people for nearly anything. Its easy to use and easy to communicate with other memebers

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

However, the problem comes into what it adds; It really doesn't do all that much more than a normal social media app or website. Everybody already has things like facebook, but not many have teamsnap, requiring downloads and explanations.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSnap:**

You would be better using other social media rather than team snap.

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used this during an orientation session at the university. It allowed us to communicate with other employees and volunteers fairly effectively

  ### 45. Not a bad solution for organization

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yvonne C. | Disney Travel Professional, Consumer Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2018

**What do you like best about TeamSnap?**

I really liked the ease of use with the program. I'm not super tech savvy and this made it easy

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

I really didn't dislike anything. I wish more of my fellow colleagues used it.

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has super benefits. The best was the way out keep everything organized visually. I didn't have up hunt for things.

**What do you dislike about TeamSnap?**

TeamSnap is simple and I don’t really have any dislikes.

**What problems is TeamSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This software alleviates worries about miscommunication within a team. All of the most up to date information is in one spot.

Improves our ability to manage and keep in touch with everyone.
