Some of the classes we're a bit overly simplistic, but other than that, no major dislikes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Quality learning with almost zero handholding. The platform guides small groups through structured problem-solving, practice, and action planning, which drives real behavioral change. Learners love the peer interaction, managers see stronger application on the job, and reporting makes the impact easy to show. Setup is straightforward, and expanding to new use cases is fast. The UI is already clean, and an extra layer of polish would make setup and navigation feel even more delightful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like is that Sparkwise behaves like a quiet, reliable co-facilitator. In a 60-minute block, it gets a small group doing real work together: clear prompts, timers, role rotation, and a simple way to capture outputs. No need for me to run the room or book a trainer. Setup is light (send link, people join), rescheduling is painless, and the post-session recap/nudges actually keep habits alive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Two minor frictions: the lack of a mobile app makes last-minute joins harder, and more EU-centric examples/localization would help non-US teams. Also, the credit model could be a bit clearer for custom sessions, so we don’t second-guess consumption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You get the best of cohort based learning (collaborative, fun, engaging….STICKY) and the ability to do so without straining your resources (scale). A win win!
Oh! And the content is high quality. So I guess…win/win/win! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don’t know if they are “there” yet but it would be helpful if there were levels of immersions suited to different levels in an organization. So if senior leaders were building capability around agility for example, they would engage in an immersion that was materially different than a junior person for the same capability. It's personal, customized and your employees will actually be happy to do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The experience moves along quickly -- it can be challenging to get it all done as a team in the time they recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The structure is brilliant.
You get the messy, valuable human part (people wrestling with ideas, sharing experiences, making connections) while the platform handles the sequencing and prompts.
Learning happens through the exchange of team members, not a boring PowerPoint presentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the questions are a bit confusing, and it was evident when all participants had different takes and answers to the same question.
Clarity of writing is needed for some of the questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it just works. You send people a link, they show up, and the session runs itself. The prompts are thought-provoking, the flow feels natural, and people stay engaged. It’s lightweight but impactful and also feels like team building. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You can’t just throw in a generic topic and expect magic. It works best when the prompts are well thought through and tied to something real people are facing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I appreciate most is how practical and easy-to-apply the modules are. The content is relevant to real workplace situations and encourages self-awareness. The learning format is also straightforward, making it accessible to different kinds of learners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While the content of Sparkwise is valuable, some participants have shared that the sessions can feel a bit lengthy typically ranging from 45 minutes to an hour. This can be challenging to accommodate during a busy workday. Breaking the modules into shorter, more digestible sessions could make it easier for employees to stay engaged and absorb the material more effectively without feeling overwhelmed. Digestible. Inclusive. Straightforward. It feels as though it makes sense to both right-brain and left-brain dominant folks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Since I'm yet to grasp its full features, I'd like to know if there is already an AI integration wherein I'd prompt it and get templates I can build on. I'd love to see this and test it out if this feature is already available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We love that it's flexible and customizable, but most of all, we think the quality of the content really makes them stand out. We've tried a few trainers and programs who all provided what we felt were stale content and Sparkwise was the complete opposite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only negative feedback we've gotten so far is how Sparkwise can possible give better training on how to use the platform to first time users BEFORE the session starts. Some of our employees experienced situations where they didn't know what to do or what to expect and as such, felt like they "missed out". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
