"Intuitive Platform That Streamlines Peer Learning for L&D Pros"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sparkwise?

It’s very intuitive. As an L&D professional, I’ve found that I do not have to be in 100 different learning groups to facilitate interactions. I was able to focus on strategy and move the needle while still fostering peer learning and feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sparkwise?

At this point, the activities might seem like it’s for beginners and not for an immersive experience. But I have used it as activities within immersive experiences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Practitioner-Built, Human-Centered Platform for Meaningful Collaboration"
5/5
What do you like best about Sparkwise?

What I like most about Sparkwise is that it was created by practitioners who understand the realities of leading organizations and driving change. The founders drew on their experience at McKinsey to build something that isn't just rooted in theory, but in what actually works in practice.

That resonates with me because I've always believed the best solutions come from people who have lived the challenges they're trying to solve. Sparkwise reflects that philosophy by creating meaningful opportunities for collaboration, learning, and action rather than simply delivering another technology platform. It's designed to help leaders connect, engage, and solve real problems together, and that practical, human-centered approach is what makes it stand out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sparkwise?

At this point, I don't have any significant dislikes. My experience has been very positive, and I appreciate that the platform is thoughtfully designed, practitioner-driven, and focused on creating meaningful collaboration and learning. I'm looking forward to continuing to explore its capabilities as I use it more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Engaging, Interactive Content with Great Variety"
5/5
What do you like best about Sparkwise?

The variety of content and interactive components, as well as the opportunity to bring leaders together in small groups in real-time to engage with the content together. The downloadable one-pagers are a great tool to reinforce the takeaways from the sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sparkwise?

Some of the examples for the guided practice are too nuanced and required our leaders to focus on unpacking the example instead of executing the focused skill. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Learning Platform That Scales Beautifully—with an Amazing Sparkwise Team"
5/5
What do you like best about Sparkwise?

I love how the platform combines several familiar functionalities into a single learner experience. It pulls the best of virtual meeting platforms, collaborative whiteboard tools, and social learning activities to create an easy to use, impactful learning tool that scales beautifully. The learners who have participated in our Sparkwise modules have all raved about the experience. I also have to say that my personal experience in working with the Sparkwise team has been amazing. They have a collaborative approach that has been seamless and easy for us and our clients, and they have an incredible customer and learner focus in everything they do. What do you dislike about Sparkwise?

I struggle to find a genuine dislike, but if I’m forced to pick one, it’s that the cost model doesn’t always immediately translate into “this is cheaper than a human-facilitated course.” That kind of quick calculation is too simplistic and doesn’t really account for the broader benefits. "Sparkwise Delivers Customization and Outstanding Customer Service"
5/5
What do you like best about Sparkwise?

Sparkwise is a fantastic platform to enable self-paced learning with peers and teammates. I do think the most valuable part of Sparkwise is their service to the customer. I needed customization to make the examples relevant for us and the team listened and produced the examples that were perfect for our workforce. Also, working with Carly has been so easy! She is responsive, professional and provided everything we asked for. She has been a terrific partner! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sparkwise?

Would like to see additional content on more "soft skills" at a higher level of proficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Talent Development Professional"
5/5
What do you like best about Sparkwise?

Without question, the people behind Sparkwise are what stand out most. They’re incredibly customer-focused, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us solve our challenges. It feels like a true partnership, and they’re always willing to listen, collaborate, and adapt. Beyond the team, I love the learning approach itself. Sparkwise takes concepts that could easily feel overwhelming and makes them hands-on, practical, and memorable. The experience is engaging, the content is easy to digest, and learners can immediately see how to apply what they’ve learned in their day-to-day work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sparkwise?

Honestly, there’s very little to point to at this stage. Any challenges or areas for improvement we’ve identified along the way have been met with a thoughtful and proactive response from the Sparkwise team. They’ve consistently listened to our feedback and turned it into meaningful enhancements whether that’s more customized communications, richer data and reporting, or features that improve both the administrator and learner experience. Their willingness to adapt and evolve based on customer input has made a big difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best part of live training, now scalablee"
5/5
What do you like best about Sparkwise?

It focuses on what actually drives behavior change: people learning from and with each other. I've run countless programs where participants rave about the small-group discussions, but scaling that consistently always felt impossible. Sparkwise handles it beautifully. Structured enough to be productive, open enough to feel genuine. You get the reach of a digital platform with the depth of a great in-person workshop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sparkwise?

The platform does what it promises. If I had to nitpick, I'd love even more flexibility in customizing the flow of group activities, but the team is constantly shipping improvements so I expect that's coming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Translating insights into actions that transform workforces and businesses"
5/5
What do you like best about Sparkwise?

What stands out most to me is that Sparkwise’s approach places learning, practice, and application directly in the hands of the participants. The content is contextualized to learners’ unique businesses, teams, roles, and opportunities in real time through thought-provoking small-group discussions, activities, feedback, and adaptive prompting. This balanced approach empowers real leaders to bring their own challenges to the forefront of the learning experience, which is exactly what our corporate clients want and need.

I also can’t say enough about how truly exceptional the entire Sparkwise team has been throughout our strategic partnership and collaboration. They consistently deliver A+ support, responsiveness, and engagement for my business, our clients, and their learners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sparkwise?

Specific to my organization's use cases and purposes: Topic alignment and successive skill applicability is not as well-suited to our most senior-level learners/leaders for whom executive and C-Suite nuance, VUCA-based problem solving, and cross-BU strategy planning and execution require extensive and iterative discussion vs. structured simulation. "Sparkwise Keeps Participants Engaged with Innovative Facilitator-Less Learning"
5/5
What do you like best about Sparkwise?

The Sparkwise platform and team have helped me create engaging content that presents and allows participants to apply important concepts. The innovative approach to facilitator-less learning means that participants can't tune out. They stay engaged throughout the whole session and generally enjoy the experience of navigating the platform and various learning tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionized Our Training with Scalable, Automated Learning"
5/5
What do you like best about Sparkwise?

I really like Sparkwise for its ability to scale audience learning without the scheduling bottlenecks typically associated with facilitators. It creates an instructor-led experience digitally and asynchronously. It's been a significant boost for our leadership programs, enabling emerging leaders to practice difficult conversations and decision-making in a psychologically safe environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sparkwise?

Because it's such a different way of learning, it's a big change and unfamiliar to most people. What we found is that good change management planning like communications, introduction at a journey kickoff, and quick start guide help participants know what to expect. This enabled people to get started more comfortably and smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
