Connecting calls to the customers without showing spam

Sometimes, the call will not get connected

We can use a single number by the whole company to call all the customers

**What do you like best about SparkTG?**

SparkTG offers a no-frills cloud telephony experience enabling you to get in touch with your customers and keep track of them.

**What do you dislike about SparkTG?**

SparkTG costs a bit more as compared to some other cloud telephony platforms.

**What problems is SparkTG solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to SparkTg, we were facing a lot of call drops and poor connectivity. However, SparTG provided us with excellent voice quality and made it much easier.

real-time dashboard colabrations and good contact services real time analysis and customer support

**What do you dislike about SparkTG?**

admin dashboard can be improved , it looks little non user friendly , search feature can be introduced in there

we use this tool for communication and advertising purpose and distribution of informations
