**What do you like best about SOPRA HR?**

It mores than all great item to manage your Payroll if you have 50 plus staff member strength and also you needed an automatic process.Previously we have 3 committed resource for pay roll handling however after purchasing the product, just 1 individual can take care of the entire pay-roll. This is expense saving for me. It can do all process automate which was formerly managed by hand.

**What do you dislike about SOPRA HR?**

It don't have all the called for servies for total HR, like Applicant management is extremely diff right here. Long execution to use all the componentes.

**Recommendations to others considering SOPRA HR:**

Please do some work on ATS and also Recruitment software application. Select an experienced 3rd carrier with a great Knwolodge of HRA applications. Possibly the tool is not matched for small business, and also lengthy implementation: time to market quite low.

**What problems is SOPRA HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If I do have any option then I need to not submit my old information in the system as adding previous data is a big difficulty below.
