This program is excellent for keeping track of patients and their information. I can easily find whatever I may need regarding each patient. **What do you dislike about SonoSoft Physical Therapy EMR?** The software changes caused a lag at times. Once these were updated, it worked properly. I had no issues with the actual software that are noteworthy. I genuinely benefit from using Sonosoft. **Recommendations to others considering SonoSoft Physical Therapy EMR:** Be patient when learning how to use the product. It can seem unclear at first, but once you know how to use it, it will significantly benefit your company. **What problems is SonoSoft Physical Therapy EMR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping patient information organized can be extremely difficult when dealing with a large amount. Sonosoft has helped keep track of all patient files. This aids in the continuous scheduling required for physical therapy patients. ### 2.
