**What do you like best about SonoSoft Physical Therapy EMR?**

I use Sonosoft at my work daily. This program is excellent for keeping track of patients and their information. I can easily find whatever I may need regarding each patient.

**What do you dislike about SonoSoft Physical Therapy EMR?**

The software changes caused a lag at times. Once these were updated, it worked properly. I had no issues with the actual software that are noteworthy. I genuinely benefit from using Sonosoft.

**Recommendations to others considering SonoSoft Physical Therapy EMR:**

Be patient when learning how to use the product. It can seem unclear at first, but once you know how to use it, it will significantly benefit your company.

**What problems is SonoSoft Physical Therapy EMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping patient information organized can be extremely difficult when dealing with a large amount. Sonosoft has helped keep track of all patient files. This aids in the continuous scheduling required for physical therapy patients.

I like that this program is all-encompassing and that there is a vast wealth of information that you can use and add to the system.

**What do you dislike about SonoSoft Physical Therapy EMR?**

I don't believe that there is anything that I don't like about the program.

**Recommendations to others considering SonoSoft Physical Therapy EMR:**

This is easy to use once you get the hang of it. I would suggest that you take the time to become familiar with all of it and how it operates. 

**What problems is SonoSoft Physical Therapy EMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We house all of our patients in this program and it is all easily accessible.
