Ensuring that every member of the team can easily view or change his/her timetable. **What do you dislike about Sonderplan?** Sonderplanl lacks sufficient reporting functionalities. It also does not include more ways in which reports for the utilization of resources and the usage of the rooms and workload of the team can be generated. **What problems is Sonderplan solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sonderplan helps our agency to get rid of the extensive manual scheduling and paper calendars, which saves time on resource management. This centralization simplifies a team’s schedule and guarantees that equipment is available when it is needed to work on a project. ### 2. Organizing time for team meetings and equipment, which was a headache to do with so many spread sheets is easier now. **What do you dislike about Sonderplan?** It appears to have a weak collaboration system in Sonderplan. This means that I am even now forced to use e-mail or other means in order to organize the work with my coworkers, which is ineffective. **What problems is Sonderplan solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sonderplan has helped me to reduce the time that I spend when it comes to arranging the personal resources. The calendar is very easy to use, and the drag-and-drop feature of the program allows me to quickly check for overlapping appointments. ### 3. This type of synchronization proved helpful at the beginning in terms of organization of work, especially in those cases where multiple needs might intersect. **What do you dislike about Sonderplan?** Sonderplan's dashboards lack customization. It is difficult to rapidly distinguish essential scheduling clashes or the availability of specific resources when everything appears to be crowded and compressed. **What problems is Sonderplan solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sonderplan addresses this problem by providing one location to manage all available resources. This was initially helpful for not overbook personnel, rooms and equipment.
