## Softbook Reviews
 ### 1. Softbook Made My Course Feel Like a Real Learning Product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fanchon L. | Company Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Softbook?**

What I liked most is that it helped me stop thinking about the technical side and focus on the course itself.

Before Softbook, all my materials were sitting in different places. Some lessons were in documents, some videos were in separate folders and I kept changing things all the time. Once everything was inside the platform, it finally started feeling like an actual learning product instead of a collection of files.

I was working on my own, so I needed something I could understand without spending days watching tutorials. Uploading lessons, arranging modules and preparing access for learners felt surprisingly straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Softbook?**

Nothing major really. There were a few moments when I needed an extra click or two to find a specific setting, but it never stopped me from doing what I needed.

**What problems is Softbook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit was structure.

Instead of managing content in different places, I could keep lessons, course flow and learner access together. That saved time and made updates much easier.

What I appreciate most is that I was able to launch the course myself without needing extra tools or outside help. If I decide to build another course in the future, Softbook would be one of the first platforms I look at again.

 ### 2. All-in-One Course Hub That’s Easy to Organize and Share

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victorine C. | Digital Content & Onboarding Support, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Softbook?**

What I liked most is that everything is together in one place. Before this, my course materials were everywhere - PDFs, videos, notes, random links. Here it finally started feeling like an actual course and not just a mess of files. Uploading lessons, changing module order, adding homework stuff - all pretty easy. Also nice that students get access automatically and I don’t need to do everything manually each time.

**What do you dislike about Softbook?**

Sometimes I still feel some settings could be more flexible. Not a huge issue, just moments where you click around trying to find one small thing.

**What problems is Softbook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly organisation and saving time. I wanted something where I can keep lessons, student access and course structure together without using many different tools. For solo course creation it actually feels comfortable and not overloaded. After the last updates it also feels smoother and easier to manage than before.

 ### 3. Easy way to launch my course

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amedee A. | Digital Learning & Process Support, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Softbook?**

I used Softbook to create and launch my own course. I uploaded lesson materials, added short descriptions and organised them into modules so it was easier to follow step by step. I also checked how the course looks from a learner’s side before publishing. It was easy to understand how everything works, even without technical background, and I didn’t need extra tools to get started.

**What do you dislike about Softbook?**

Sometimes I wanted a bit more control in settings, especially when adjusting small details or rearranging content inside modules. It’s not a big issue, but I noticed it while working on the course.

**What problems is Softbook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped me take my materials and turn them into a structured course in one place. I could upload content, organise the learning flow and publish it without complicated setup. I managed everything myself and didn’t need to combine different platforms, which made the whole process much simpler.

 ### 4. Softbook Made Creating My First Course Surprisingly Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kari C. | Content & Training Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Softbook?**

I was a bit unsure at first to start my own course, but Softbook made it easier than I expected. I worked alone, added my lessons, small texts, and organised everything step by step. I liked that I didn’t need to think too much about technical side. It was quite clear how to move from one step to another.

**What do you dislike about Softbook?**

Sometimes when I wanted to change small things, it was not very flexible. Not a big problem, but I noticed it when I tried to adjust details.

**What problems is Softbook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me it helped to turn my materials into something more structured and ready to share. Before everything was just separate files, and here it became a real course. I manage everything myself, and it feels comfortable. If I do another course, I will probably use it again.

 ### 5. Made launching my course feel manageable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fanette S. | Digital Content & Learning Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Softbook?**

I had been thinking about launching an online course for a while and finally decided to try it with Softbook. What I liked most was how clear and structured everything felt. Setting up lessons, uploading materials, and organising the course didn’t feel overwhelming, even without a technical background.

**What do you dislike about Softbook?**

There are moments where you wish for slightly more flexibility in advanced settings, especially if you want to customise things in detail. It works well for standard course structures, but more complex scenarios may require additional options.

**What problems is Softbook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Softbook allowed me to organise my course content in one place and launch it without needing multiple separate tools. It made the whole process more manageable and gave me confidence to continue developing and expanding my course further.

 ### 6. Effortless Training Management Made Simple

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathon C. | Cosmetologist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Softbook?**

What I like the most is that Softbook makes it easy to organize our training material without overcomplicating things. I don’t have a big team of tech people, so being able to update lessons, check progress, and make small changes by myself is a huge plus. It feels lightweight and doesn’t get in my way.

**What do you dislike about Softbook?**

Sometimes the load time on bigger lessons or when switching between modules is a bit slower than I expect. Not a deal-breaker, but noticeable on busy days. Also, I wish there were a few more ready-made templates for course pages - it would speed things up.

**What problems is Softbook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Softbook, our training was scattered between docs, chats, and different tools. Now everything sits in one place, and new hires can go through the basic lessons without someone walking them through every step. It saves time and makes things feel more organized.

 ### 7. Simple platform for organising course content

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arienne B. | Digital Content & Learning Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Softbook?**

What I like most is that the platform is relatively straightforward. It’s possible to organise lessons, upload materials and keep everything structured in one place. The interface is not complicated, so it doesn’t take long to understand how things work.

**What do you dislike about Softbook?**

Some areas could offer more flexibility in settings or layout. When adjusting small details it sometimes feels a bit limited.

**What problems is Softbook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps keep course materials organised and accessible for learners. Having everything in one platform makes it easier to manage content without switching between multiple tools.

 ### 8. Almost perfect tool for online learning management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Seals G. | Director de relaciones públicas, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Softbook?**

Softbook helps manage online education projects in one place - from course creation and student management to analytics and communication. It’s intuitive, visually clean, and doesn’t require a technical background to use effectively. I especially like the built-in progress tracking tools and the ability to organize team collaboration around specific courses. It has simplified our workflow and reduced the number of tools we need to rely on.

**What do you dislike about Softbook?**

I’d give it a perfect score if there were a mobile app. Right now, Softbook works great in a browser, but having a mobile version would make it even more convenient for teachers and students on the go. Luckily, the team seems to be working on it, so I’m looking forward to the release.

**What problems is Softbook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Softbook helps organize and automate many aspects of online education - from structuring learning materials to tracking student progress. Before using it, our team had to combine several different tools for communication, file sharing, and analytics. Now, everything is centralized, which saves time and improves coordination between teachers and students.

 ### 9. Great tool for organizing and managing learning materials

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sivasundar K. | Digital Learning Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Softbook?**

Softbook helps me structure all course materials, assignments, and communication with students in one place. The interface is clear and intuitive, which saves time on daily routine tasks. I also like that it’s easy to share access with teammates and track progress across multiple projects.

**What do you dislike about Softbook?**

The only real downside is the absence of a dedicated mobile app. Sometimes I need to check updates or reply to messages quickly, and using the browser version on a phone is not always convenient. Adding a mobile app would make the platform even more flexible and efficient.

**What problems is Softbook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Softbook helps me organize educational content, manage communication with students, and track their learning progress in one place. Before using it, I had to combine several tools for scheduling, notes, and messaging. Now everything is centralized, which saves a lot of time and reduces confusion in daily work. It’s especially useful when managing several courses or clients at the same time.

 ### 10. Effortless Course Creation with an Intuitive Interface

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gonzalo A. | EdTech Implementation & LMS Support Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Softbook?**

I like most is how easy it is to use. The interface feels clean and logical, so you don’t waste time trying to figure things out. Creating courses, uploading materials, and tracking progress all feel straightforward and smooth

**What do you dislike about Softbook?**

Some advanced features could be more flexible, especially for more complex training setups. A few extra custom options would be nice. It’s not a big issue, but there’s room to grow as the platform evolves

**What problems is Softbook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Softbook helps keep all training materials and courses in one place. It makes it easier to organise learning, assign content, and see progress without using multiple tools. This saves time and keeps things simple

 ### 11. Clean, Logical Interface Makes Course Creation Fast and Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Susanne C. | Digital Content & Learning Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Softbook?**

Softbook is easy to get into without much onboarding. The interface feels clean and logical, so creating courses and uploading materials doesn’t take long. It’s practical and not overloaded with unnecessary stuff

**What do you dislike about Softbook?**

Some advanced features could be more flexible. If you need very complex setups or deep custom rules, you may feel a few limits. Nothing critical, but there’s room for improvement

**What problems is Softbook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Softbook keeps training content, courses, and progress tracking in one place. It reduces manual work and makes it easier to organise learning without jumping between different tools

 ### 12. Softbook makes online learning easy and structured

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thong L. | Training Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Softbook?**

Softbook is very intuitive and easy to use for both instructors and learners. Setting up was smooth — we organized courses, added modules, and invited participants within a single day. I also like that the platform supports different formats like video, text materials, and quizzes, making the training engaging. Reporting tools provide clear insights into learner progress.

**What do you dislike about Softbook?**

So far, we have not faced major issues. Some customization options could be expanded, but the current functionality already covers most training needs.

**What problems is Softbook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Softbook helps us deliver structured training programs to remote employees. It saved time on manual tracking and significantly improved completion rates. Our learners highlight that the interface is simple and clear.

 ### 13. The biggest advantage was the free first month

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rodion B. | Junior billing manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Softbook?**

I hesitated for a long time to choose this company or another, but I chose Softbook intuitively and have no regrets at all. It was just important to me that I could use Softbook for free for a while. Then I could see the effectiveness of the system and make sure it met our needs before agreeing on a budget with the management. This way, the whole team is satisfied. We are just starting to work with this platform, but the trial month was very good.

**What do you dislike about Softbook?**

No gamification, no email newsletter and no mobile app. Otherwise, the platform is at a good level.

**What problems is Softbook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Analytics is important to us. Softbook just provides powerful analytical tools that help us analyze the progress and interaction of students. That is, we can see trends and make informed management decisions to improve our learning process.

 ### 14. A major competitor in the enterprise LMS market

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Valeriia K. | Chief Business Development Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Softbook?**

Half a year ago, we signed up for the trial plan, where we tried all the free features, and then decided to upgrade our subscription to use the platform. We were assigned a technical administrator to help us upload and create content. The support for the platform is very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Softbook?**

Like any other product, the platform evolves and expands its functionality. In all the time we have been using the platform, we have only noticed the lack of a mobile application and the absence of a mailing list (but there are integrations there).

**What problems is Softbook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At the moment, it is very convenient to use for training your staff, both old and new.
Softbook also includes a crm, which is quite handy. We track course analytics, funnels, and employee feedback. Test assignments are also useful.

 ### 15. Indispensable software, cost-effective and ideal for training

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roman O. | Fitness Trainer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Softbook?**

When working in the sports industry, it's crucial to have software that not only facilitates training clients but also assists with other significant tasks like tracking and enhancing the effectiveness of sessions and managing communications. This platform offers a variety of valuable tools, including checklists, report forms, task management, and more. It's both cost-effective and user-friendly. Additionally, it's great that they provide a dedicated tech admin who can assist with uploading content to the platform.

**What do you dislike about Softbook?**

No negative factors for Softbook, every minute detail is perfect and it is also beginner friendly which is a plus. The only thing they don't have is a mobile version.

**What problems is Softbook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In general, it has become convenient to sell your classes through SRM and track your students' completed materials. There are even internal sales on the platform. The platform is well designed, intuitive and works well. Course content can include audio, video, animations, quizzes, and other features that promote engagement and learning.
Notifications can be automated to alert learners of new or failed courses.

 ### 16. Since the update, our work has become significantly more efficient and productive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael M. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Softbook?**

We really like the changes to the platform, especially the new analytics feature. This enhancement has greatly improved our overall experience and efficiency. One of the most valuable advantages of Softbook is its round-the-clock availability and efficient support. Regardless of the time of day, day or night, we can always count on help and a quick response to all our requests, even at the most inconvenient hours.

In addition, it is worth noting that Softbook constantly releases significant updates that expand our capabilities and functionality. This proactive approach ensures that our company stays one step ahead.

**What do you dislike about Softbook?**

The speed of downloading files is sometimes only at certain moments of the day, but it has accelerated after the update was released.

**What problems is Softbook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Softbook has a strong point, it is a CRM system that allows us to properly organize the entire flow of data and interactions with clients.

 ### 17. We used the Softbook to train our employees.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liza P. | Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Softbook?**

One of the most valuable features of Softbook is its availability and efficient support at any time of the day. We can always count on help and answers to all our queries, even at the most inconvenient times. It is also important to note that Softbook systematically receives significant updates that expand our capabilities and functionality. This allows our company to really be one step ahead and use new technologies in education.

**What do you dislike about Softbook?**

Some of the more advanced tools may require additional guidance, particularly when integrating marketing resources with third-party applications.

**What problems is Softbook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

And since our company specializes in providing customer support services for Ukrainian companies and the markets of Europe and the United States, numbers are very important to us. That's why we need analytics. Softbook provides powerful analytical tools that help us analyze the progress and interaction of our employees. That is, we can see trends and make informed management decisions to improve our training process. That's why we can sincerely recommend it.

 ### 18. Softbook participated in the development of a powerful customer training program.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria S. | Digital Marketer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Softbook?**

As an HR specialist at an outsourcing IT company, I can say that Softbook really provides a high level of data privacy and security. This is very important for our company when training employees. That is, their main goal is to protect intellectual property from copying, as I was told at the first online meeting. That is, the information is encrypted, so fraudsters can't lay a finger on it. As I recall, it uses the AES encryption algorithm.

**What do you dislike about Softbook?**

As for the downsides, I can't say anything specifically, I only have a wish for more updates to make my online school the most innovative in the world.

**What problems is Softbook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since the initial setup, it has delivered a very high level of ROI and their support team has been great at getting us up to speed quickly and familiarizing us with all the tools available. At the enterprise level, it couldn't have been any easier and switching from another LMS was very simple and intuitive with Softbook.

 ### 19. This product is a leader in customer education

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anastasia B. | SEO, Senior Content Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Softbook?**

Softbook offers a really user-friendly and pleasant interface compared to its competitors. This really allows us to quickly navigate and use all its functions. It is very easy to use, even for those who do not have much experience with modern technologies. I would say unrealistically easy. Even a person who has never seen a computer in his eyes will understand everything the first time and create his online school quickly and without nerves.

**What do you dislike about Softbook?**

We aim to have more language translation options available in the system for our employees, which is also a priority for Softbook.

**What problems is Softbook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We like the ability to personalize the learning process in Softbook. I am grateful to this system and the Softbook team for effective cooperation with students and ease of use.

 ### 20. Intuitive, simple but feature-rich, exceptional service and customer support

**Reviewed by:** Dmytro C. | CMO & Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Softbook?**

We used the platform to train our users. Platform meets all of our requirements and includes:
- interactive LMS
- intuitive customization
- cloud

Overall, the platform has greatly improved our user engagement.

**What do you dislike about Softbook?**

It would be great if they provided support to create a customized interface for their customers, like they did for custom domains.

**What problems is Softbook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The intuitive interface makes it easy to navigate the platform, which significantly reduces the administrative burden of managing the site. This streamlined user experience allows users to focus on training and we can spend more time improving content.

 ### 21. Great platform for creating, managing and selling cources

It is my 3rd project where we implement it and I can confidently say I enjoy working with Softbook every time.

**What do you dislike about Softbook?**

We've faced some minor issues with integrations and had to work our way out with Softbook support for some specific issues. Overall nothing to complain.

**What problems is Softbook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Automating customer onboarding for complex products.
2. Cost reduction and time saving for customer success and support teams.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Haroon R. | Client Tech Support Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Softbook?**

The best part that I like the most is that their tools are interactive and engaging which makes learning interesting.

**What do you dislike about Softbook?**

The only thing is that they should add more variety in the type of assessments to better measure understanding.

**What problems is Softbook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Softbook addresses the problem of inflexiblity that I had to face with my schedule, it helps me access the learning at my own pace which benefits me by allowing me to learn in my own space at my own time and gives me feasibility to schedule the courses as per my availability.
