**What do you like best about SocialPilot?**

what I like best about SocialPilot is that it makes social media posting simple and organized for my daily work. i work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content, so I regularly post diet tips, lifestyle guidance, seasonal health awareness content, and educational updates on social media. Before using SocialPilot, managing different accounts manually was taking extra time.

socialPilot was easy to setup and connecting LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram,  X and other social accounts was simple for me. I am not from technical background, so I like tools which are easy to understand and practical for daily use. i use it frequently during week for scheduling health education posts and clinic related content. The main feature I use most is post scheduling. During busy clinic hours I often prepare content earlier and schedule it later, which saves time and keeps posting regular. Queue and draft features are also useful because I can manage educational posts more properly without posting manually every time.

i also like the calendar view and post preview feature because it helps me check planned content and see how posts will look before publishing. Managing multiple accounts from one place feels much easier now compared to opening different apps separately. Performance works good for my regular work and scheduling is mostly smooth. Sometimes small loading delay happens, but overall it works reliable for daily content posting. Integration with social platforms was also easy and customer support/help articles were simple to understand whenever needed.

Overall, SocialPilot helps me manage health education and clinic related social media content in a more organized and time saving way.

**What do you dislike about SocialPilot?**

analytics are useful for basic tracking, but for deeper post performance details and audience insights, I still feel there could be more detailed reporting. sometimes image preview or post refresh takes little time, especially when internet speed is not stable. Sometimes while editing scheduled posts, I feel small changes could be quicker. If I want to adjust captions, hashtags, or posting time for multiple educational posts together, it still needs some manual work. During busy clinic schedule, this can take little extra time.

**What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SocialPilot is helping me solve the problem of managing social media posting regularly during busy clinic and content work. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content, so i often need to post diet tips, lifestyle guidance, seasonal health awareness content, and educational updates on different social platforms.

earlier, posting manually on different accounts was taking extra time and sometimes I was missing regular posting during busy work days. With SocialPilot, I can prepare health education content earlier, schedule posts, manage drafts, and handle multiple social accounts from one place. This keeps posting more consistent and organized.

the calendar and queue system also helps me plan awareness content properly instead of posting randomly. This is useful for managing educational content related to diet, hydration, healthy habits, and patient awareness in more structured way. overall, it saves time, reduces manual work, and helps me manage clinic related social media and educational content more smoothly with regular posting consistency.

**What do you like best about SocialPilot?**

I like how SocialPilot saves us the hassle of going into each platform individually to schedule posts by putting everything on one platform for us. It also saves us time since we don't have to schedule posts manually on different platforms, and it allows us to automatically publish blogs, which is great for getting more mileage out of the content we're already creating. I appreciate its simplicity, even though it hasn't evolved much over the years, and the fact that it alerts us when platforms are down has been a good experience. The initial setup was super easy, making it really easy to connect new profiles. It’s also very simplistic and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about SocialPilot?**

It's pretty bare bones basic compared to some of the bigger competitors in the industry. It hasn't really evolved much since we started using it a few years ago.

**What do you like best about SocialPilot?**

As someone managing six of my own social media platforms and another dozen or so for a client, SocialPilot has been an absolute game-changer. It’s hands down the easiest and most efficient way I’ve found to schedule and manage content across multiple platforms, with tailored formatting for each one.

What I particularly appreciate is the intuitive design—adding all my accounts was quick and hassle-free, and I now use the platform at least 20 times a day. My client has since signed up with their own subscription, and their entire crew now uses it too.

In terms of ease of integration, SocialPilot seamlessly connected with every platform I use, from Facebook and LinkedIn to Instagram and X. It didn’t require any complicated setup or third-party tools to get things going.

As for ease of implementation, I was up and running within minutes. The platform is straightforward enough that even those with minimal tech experience can figure it out quickly.

I can’t speak directly to customer support because, frankly, I’ve never had to use it—which in itself says a lot about how well the platform works right out of the box.

Whether you're managing your own brand or handling clients, SocialPilot makes multi-platform social media management not just possible—but painless.

**What do you dislike about SocialPilot?**

While I truly appreciate how easy SocialPilot makes managing multiple accounts and scheduling content, one thing that stands out as a downside is the need to constantly upgrade your subscription to access platform-specific features—like tagging or using the collab tool on Instagram. If the platform offers publishing to these networks, it would make sense for those key features to be included in the base subscription. Having to pay extra just to fully utilize tools native to the platforms feels limiting, especially for users managing a high volume of content daily.

SocialPilot is solving the massive challenge of managing and scheduling content across multiple social media platforms in an organized, time-efficient way. For someone like me, who handles six of my own platforms and another twelve or so for a client, it removes the chaos of switching between accounts and manually posting.

It allows me to plan, preview, and publish content tailored to each platform’s format—all from one dashboard. This not only saves me hours every day but ensures consistency in branding and messaging. It’s also helped me streamline my workflow and scale my client services more effectively, since I no longer need multiple tools to get the job done.

Its got a super solid foundation and they add features on top of that to deliver an awesome experience. They don't try to change how social media is managed but allow arm those in the trenches to have a simple experience that enables them to achieve their outcomes.

Lean and simple-to-use interface.  The various packages offer good amounts of social media account connections.  Team members are easy to add and manage.

**What do you dislike about SocialPilot?**

Having moved from Hootsuite due to significant price increase, I do compare Social Pilot to this platform.  Hootsuite offers much more detailed reporting and does not need a mobile device to publish certain Instagram posts.
It would also be useful to have a listening dashboard like Hootsuite to be able to view selected social media accounts and Twitter lists.  Hootsuite does everything were as Social Pilot does the essentials.

The problem of posting to multiple social networks and scheduling out posts has been removed thanks to Social Pilot.  This makes my job MUCH more straight forward (I am a Marketing Manager for a Multi-Academy Trust)

I am not a heavy user so haven't found much to dislike, it can be a bit clunky when trying to delete content and has been a bit glitchy on X character limits, but not a big problem for me.

It's super easy to connect our accounts and schedule our posts! It was easy to implement with our team and our users. We are posting to over 75 social accounts weekly so having a tool that is easy to use is extremely helpful.

**What do you dislike about SocialPilot?**

The downside is the reporting grouping. I would prefer to be able to group reports however I want. If I'd like to combine all the reporting into one large group, there isn't really a way to do it. BUT, we love the platform and it is not nearly as expensive as other alternatives.

Prior to SocialPilot, we were using another software and the cost was just getting way to high for us so we looked for another solution and this was it!

The software is well thought out, with usability in mind. Whenever there is something that I need help with, it's easy and quick to get hold of the friendly team who are always on-hand to help and genuinely make you feel like your ideas are being heard.

I wish the client portal had been better thought out (for clients viewing the social media posts) as there's things about it that could be improved. Customers tend to not be very technical so the layout needs to be as simple as possible.

I can manage plenty of accounts all at once for multiple clients from one portal, with proper whitelabelling and no confusion!

Social Pilot allows me to utilize automation to ensure consistent content posting. On top of this the dashboard provides a nice single pane of glass to see what I will be posting this month with the capability to edit and schedule mroe posts. Basically 4 hours of work allows me to keep constant communication for an entire month whihc has proven invaluable for us as a business who does not imploy internal marketing. The setup to my social media platforms was easy and the integration has not had a single issue.

I would liek to be able to add certain features on mass to all posts but this requires me to do it on each one individually at the moment so having a feature for certain tags or links that I can mass add would be great.

It allows us to be constant and consistent in our marketing across 3 social media platforms whihc otherwise would take me forever to do. It also allows me to setup content for the month and then sit back knowing it will all get posted when scheduled without me having to constantly check

I can schedule all my client's posts in one central place.  It is very cost-effective, and the API into Meta is seemless.  There are no issues like with some of the other tools out there.  Access via the Business Manager has no issues, whereas if you used other platforms, they require you to have access to the page as an individual, not a business.

No dislikes. Love SocialPilot. Will highly recommend to other Agencies, when you compare to Hootsuite and others.

**What do you like best about SocialPilot?**

SocialPilot is a sleek and organized tool that makes it very easy for social media managers to create and edit posts for multiple social media accounts on all major platforms. I have had little to no issues when working from SocialPilot, which makes my life easier! If there are any issues, customer support is often very quick to get back to you! I use SocialPilot every day for work so I am very appreciative to have access to such an easy and neat tool!

**What do you dislike about SocialPilot?**

I've recently noticed that when a scheduled post generates an error, I don't get immediate notifications. Usually, I'm alerted a few hours after the post was supposed to go live, and sometimes I receive the notice when I'm already out of the office. This means I might not be aware of the issue until the next day. While this doesn't happen frequently, it's a big inconvenience when it does.

**What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SocialPilot is always updating and improving the user experience and adding more platforms to which you can post to. They focus on the businesses and the users and make the content easy to access , learn, and use. Not only that, but they always offer webinars in which they teach users how to use SocialPilot and its new features to their maximum potential.

As a video production agency who offers light social media management of the content we produce, Social Pilot has been the best scheduling software that we've tested. It's easy to learn and use. Client integration works great with little issues other than the occasional disconnect of social accounts (which all software deals with). Most of all, the reliablilty of posting outperforms other platforms we've used.

Limited X posting but I do believe that this is due to the API limitations that X has for developers.

I really enioyed how social pilot creates templates for each platform you're connected to so that you don't post incorrectly to cause errors. When I have one post that I need to post to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and twitter, social pilot makes sure I'm adhering to each of those rules (character limit, maximum hashtags)  so that my posts look great and I'm not breaking any rules

I really would appreciate Reddit being added to the allowable platforms. I post there often and would really love automation in that area.

Our Marketing Agency uses it daily because it's easy for us to implement within each staff member. As a team, we can help each other by viewing all posts with the ease of integrating several platforms, making it easy for all of our clients to use.

There is currently not a way to post longer tweets that are allowe with a paid account. So I'm still having to manually post to Twitter/X.  There are occasions where a post or two don't post with no real reason why not. So you do need to check daily to make sure everything was posted.

It's the most upfront pricing of any platform, fit exactly what I need and is really affordable. Blows competition out of the water in that sense! I use it to manage around 120 different location pages for a large retailer and am able to group them by franchise group so it is super organized in that way. It was really easy to set up groups and get all my pages connected. Customer support is SO fast to respond whenever I need specific help on something. I use this platform nearly every work day.

**What do you dislike about SocialPilot?**

I wish I could run ads or boost posts through social pilot. This would help make it so I barely had to physically go onto the actual Meta platform and indivdual pages

This helps so I don't have to go post individually on all 120+ pages, such a time saver.

Social Pilot is easy to set up and easy to use.  We've never needed support other than live chat, but reps were fast and helpful. It is the best mid-range social management platform on the market.

Occassionally (especially in the past), we had issues with broken social links, but this hasn't happened in a while. Otherwise, Social Pilot has worked great for our needs.

Everything about SocialPilot makes scheduling your content from articles to post easy. The formatting of your calendar and scheduled activities with mutiple social accounts could not be more clear or intuitive. If you are an entreprenuer, a small to medium business, or just an individual who wants to schedule their content, SocialPilot is a no-brainer and the price point is perfect. I use SocialPilot to manage 8 accounts and once a week I can load everything in and have it work with all of my social channels - integration and implementation could not be easier.

When Hootsuite dramatically increased their pricing a year or so back, we looked for alternatives. Of the options we considered, we chose SocialPilot and have been very happy. The cost was WAY less than Hootsuite and the team is completely happy with the product - no reports of any sacrifices to enjoy the lower pricing.

No downsides have been reported by my team. Everyone is very happy with SocialPilot.

Our agency was founded in 1999 and we've been providing social media management for as long as the platforms have been around. SocialPilot was the 3rd platform I tried and I'm so relieved to say I have no plans of leaving any time soon. Where other sites have fallen short, SocialPilot continues to rise above the rest with its ease of use and multitude of features. Each platform can be customizable, scheduling is easy (and not limited to 28 days like *some* apps) The customer service has been incredible. While I've only had to reach out a couple of times, they were quick to respond and resolve issues. I also appreciate that it's easy and affordable to build my package as my clientelle grows.

It would be incredible if there was an option to schedule posts at peek times based on user engagement, or to schedule out individual platforms at seperate times without having to create multiple posts.

I really like the overall SocialPilot platform. It has all the features we require for the 20+ pages we manage on our account. It was also super easy to integrate with all our pages on the different platforms. We use it several times a week to schedule posts and ensure our calendar is properly setup. I highly recommend this platform as it's a great deal for the price as well.

Nothing worth noting. I think the UI could be improved a bit when compared to other comparable platforms. But overall, nothing is a blocker to the functionality.

We love the calendar feature & duplicate post. Calendar is great when scheduling. I love that we can plan out pretty far, we can plan mutiple platforms and it is seemless. I have used other platforms and they disconnect. I have not had this issue with Social Pilot.

Ideally we could send clients a "proof" of planned content. Like if we could "download" the scheduled posts and send to them vs. them signing in. Another solid option would be if we could "alert" them that their posts are loaded and ready for revew. They forget to sign in and we have to remind them.

Helps us keep everything in one place and stream line logins, we dont have to issue log-ins to every SMM to be able to post to multiple accounts. Also allows everytone to see the plan in one place.

SocialPilot covers my basic needs and continues to add new features. I've been using it exclusively for less than 6 months, but they have already added features I hoped for when I signed up. I think that's a good sign that the company is responsive to feedback and feature requests.

**What do you dislike about SocialPilot?**

It would be nice to see an account social channel feed rather than just the posts delivered through SocialPilot. Also, the photo resizing feature is not as easy as Sendible's. Sendible has a suggested size for each social channel, which requires no extra thought, but SocialPilot provides only ratios.

**What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SocialPilot allows us to schedule out social posts for clients. We heavily use the calendar to help visualize where and when the creatives will post. We have a small team and appreciate the ability to collaborate on posts before they publish.
