**What do you like best about Social Status?**

It's very easy to navigate the platform, self-explained and user friendly. The onboarding is very smooth and the platform is being demonstrated very well. The function is exactly what our team needs - from social profile tracking to competitor analysis. The metrics are holistic and the charts are easy to read and able to be toggled. The data are accurate so far and the customer support is timely.

I like how it ease our team's workload on recurring reporting and accelerate the analysis during our quick turnaround time for proposals. 

The highlight from other tool is this has a clear split between paid and organic reach for posts for Facebook.

**What do you dislike about Social Status?**

Nothing so far.
It would be better if the tool can provide estimated reach/impression for competitor analysis so the engagement rate can't only be follower base.

Looking forward to the competitor ER benchmark by industry - which would be very helpful for our clients.

**What do you like best about Social Status?**

I absolutely love Social Status. It’s hands down the most user-friendly analytics platform I’ve ever used as a creator. It makes building a truly sustainable brand feel so much lighter because it does all of the heaviest lifting for you. As a creator, it's a tool that I wish I had found years and years ago because it would have helped me see that my content really did have depth and my community really was engaged, even when the numbers didn't feel like it on the outside.

It took me all of 5 minutes to connect all 3 of my accounts, and I could immediately see the analytics pooling in. I've tried software at the same monthly subscription price point and the data refresh rate was 2 days. That, for me, was a huge selling point. If a brand I want to work with is asking for my analytics, I want to be able to send my report and have it include the IG Reel I posted 10 hours before. The speed of this software is genius in itself. I haven't been this excited about posting in probably about a year. I finally feel like I really understand what I'm building because I have all the data to back it.

**What do you dislike about Social Status?**

I can't really say there is a downside to Social Status at the moment. Data is leverage, and the more you have, the more opportunities you create. It's actually taken me months to find this software. Most are entirely unaffordable or only designed for 50-person teams. It was the first time for me that analytics felt like they were designed with both creators and brands in mind.

**What problems is Social Status solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been helping me find confidence in my brand and my content. Content can take a lot out of you, especially when you feel like you're at the mercy of the forever-changing algorithm. Being able to open my browser and read about my engagement for the week or see how well a spontaneous thought connected with my community is the greatest form of leverage any creator can ever have. I've always been into data tracking, but Social Status does it in a way that makes it feel so much less stressful and so much more empowering.

As a marketing and content production specialist, this is by far the best tool in the market to do so. I've won client pitches using Social Status' analytics and its saved me hours of work and allowed me to provide services I wouldn't be able to otherwise.

Just (selfishly) wish the free trial had more!

If just needing a small business plan for 1 account it is not possible to add on a longer data history period beyond 3 months which is just not enough time. Understandably this is expensive on the back-end however having an opt-in option or something may solve this.

I cannot access enough data within Instagram for account analytics and this impacts my ability to report to clients.

**What do you like best about Social Status?**

While looking for a social media analytics platform, I wanted a tool that would specifically provide numbers and analysis for how our content was performing. Whether it was the high cost or extra features like reporting and listening that we didn't require, there were plenty of options that didn't fit our needs, but then was able to find Social Status which saved the day. They provided extremely flexible plans that included all the data we were looking for on all the core platforms. That combined with great data history options, plenty of seat availability and their plan quote options made the decision to go with Social Status a no-brainer. In the early stages it has been a pleasure working with Tim Hill and am looking forward to our continued work with Social Status.

**What do you dislike about Social Status?**

I have not found any downside to Social Status yet!

Trying to find an all-in-one analytics reporting tool that is reliable and won't cost a fortune. Social Status was exactly the tool we were looking for as our business continues to scale!

It is a very flexible tool because it works as a one-stop solution to cover different areas (social, influencer, competitors, ads) paying only for the profiles you need to analyse. The interface is intuitive and the way the data is presented is very visual and attractive.

At most it would be useful to add a search engine to the profile drop-down, when you have a lot of profiles you have to do a bit of scrolling.

**What do you like best about Social Status?**

The reports. They are colorful and easy to read. The summary pages in the profile reports pull together the information in a visually appealing format that makes putting my monthly reports together for my boss a breeze. And being able to track performance and engagement of competitors allows us to benchmark ourperformance.

The support from customer service is outstanding. They respond quickly to fix any issues.

**What do you dislike about Social Status?**

The profile analytics lets me look at my performance by reach as well as engagement. The competitor reports only show the engagement rate. I wish the competitor report also showed by reach because when a page has fewer followers than yours their engagement rate might be better, but the reach might not be as high. It would be helpful to have both.

**What problems is Social Status solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easier to keep up with what competitors are doing in one dashboard saving me hours each month. It also lets me easily see how my ads are performing.

**What do you like best about Social Status?**

The layout and ease of readability of the reports on great. The visuals and formatting make it easy to understand the data without feeling overwhelmed. My clients love it as the report layout means they can easily understand the results of our social media strategy. It would take me forever to pull all this information together and present in the same format. With Social Status, I've set up recurring reports at the click of a button  - it's is an absolute time saver.

At this stage I only need the social reporting, so am not utilising to it's full extent.

The charts of social media metrics on Social Status are designed elegantly and are also very comprehensive. Social Status provides a lot of data on profile analysis, ads, analysis, and even competitor analysis. I use it every month for digital reports for my clients. I had a bit of difficulty connecting the Facebook page. Fortunately, I was immediately assisted by their customer support.

I hope there's an option to pay for just a few more plan quotas (social media assets) to track.

Social status helps me get statistics for my clients on a monthly basis in an easy way and without much effort from my side. However, I mostly use the site for influencer monitoring. The pricing is fair, and I like the fact that I can switch between subscriptions.

Social Status is a tool that is easy to use and understand, implementation was straight forward. The interface is simple to use and very user friendly. I did have few question at the start the the customer support service was very responsive. Since I started using the tool, i use it on a day to day basis to check progression of all our pages.

the fact that there is not dynamic filtering features. which i believe is in the roadmap of social status

The reports contain everything that "normal" customers want to know about your social media accounts. The output is either a personalized PDF or editable PowerPoint file.

The setup is very simple and quickly done. However, you have to pay for this advantage with less individuality. For our needs, what the software offers is enough.

**What do you dislike about Social Status?**

Unfortunately, problems occur from time to time when creating reports. Reports should not be sent to customers unchecked or automated. However, the support team is excellent and always quick with a solution!

**Recommendations to others considering Social Status:**

It should be checked whether the offered features are provided by Social Status. If this is the case, Social Status is ideal for quickly obtaining good reports without having to deal with configurations for hours.

SocialStatus easily saves several hours of work per month and a lot of nerves that other tools cost in configuration.

The competitor tool proved to be a good and fast approach to evaluate the performance and the engagement of users. It is pretty helpful to see the posts in detail in the Feed module with reasonable filtering options.

**What do you dislike about Social Status?**

For a more extended analytics phase, the monthly rates are relatively high, and a credit system exists only for reports. Additionally, credits for longer evaluation time spans would be great.

Getting a quick overview of a range of competitors regarding other activities on social media and narrowing it down to the best-performing posts of each of them.
