My second bot helps me target new customers on Facebook. By adding email notifications I was able to develop a way to get leads from people that start interacting with the chatbot and want more information into my services. This way the consumer comes to me instead of the other way around, and I never have to feel like I’m spamming anyone. Snatchbot’s deep analytics is really insightful, particularly with the “cart abandoners” (the customers that get to payment and then leave). My favorite thing from SnatchBot are the squares of information that it has on dashboard, giving me a summary of my activity in the software like messages exchanged, message by channels, bots used and recent messages, getting updated inmediately when entering the program, as well as being able to know my communication rhythmn and keeping a control over them. Also, I love the specific of the reports, filtering the information to get what I need, offering different ways for me to extract that information and share it with some colleague or partner. Training NLP's is simple, and can be very specific specially thanks to the clever option of train and entity or an intent NLP, expanding my chances of having more fluid and limitless communication with outsiders customers.
