What do you dislike about SnapPicFix?

Snappic Fix has helped manage instant replies and handle customer care through AI. It saves us a lot of time and keeps things organized. What do you like best about SnapPicFix?

The best thing for us has been the SnapPicFix has worked flawlessly with Jobber. My client easily inputs the required info to SnapPicFix and it goes directly to Jobber where an account is created. All I have to do is work up a quote at that point and it is out the door in under five minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SnapPicFix?

One thing I would like to see change is perhaps having a text sent automatically instead of the caller choosing to receive a text. When a potential client calls in and I can not answer, they get the option to receive a text. Many do not take that option to either text or leave a msg. Would it make sense, or is there a way already in place, where the text would be automatic and they could just choose to ignore it then? As opposed to ignoring it at First? What problems is SnapPicFix solving and how is that benefiting you?

This is pretty simple. I do not have the ability to answer the phone while working. SnapPicFix has helped to ensure that i do not miss a Customer that is not just window shopping. My close rate with SnapPicFix is absurdly high, in part because if the client is going to go through a couple more steps, than they are always willing to talk to me on the phone or meet in person. What do you like best about SnapPicFix?

Great service for us. Integrated well with multiple systems we were already using allowing us to eliminate duplicative work we needed to do before and adding multiple new ways for customers to connect with us Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There appeared to have been some latency issues with forms/pages hosted through SnapPicFix but those issues were addressed to my satisfaction once brought to their attention Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
