My client easily inputs the required info to SnapPicFix and it goes directly to Jobber where an account is created. All I have to do is work up a quote at that point and it is out the door in under five minutes. **What do you dislike about SnapPicFix?** One thing I would like to see change is perhaps having a text sent automatically instead of the caller choosing to receive a text. When a potential client calls in and I can not answer, they get the option to receive a text. Many do not take that option to either text or leave a msg. Would it make sense, or is there a way already in place, where the text would be automatic and they could just choose to ignore it then? As opposed to ignoring it at First? Does this even make sense to you? HAHA **What problems is SnapPicFix solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is pretty simple. I do not have the ability to answer the phone while working. SnapPicFix has helped to ensure that i do not miss a Customer that is not just window shopping. My close rate with SnapPicFix is absurdly high, in part because if the client is going to go through a couple more steps, than they are always willing to talk to me on the phone or meet in person.
