**What do you like best about SmartTargeting?**

Love it! I get great quality real opportunities reaching out to ME! People are out there looking to sell their homes and Smart Targeting makes it easy to find and get in touch with those sellers.

**What do you dislike about SmartTargeting?**

Would be nice to filter in property parameters by zip code rather than only apply filters broadly to all zip codes.

**What problems is SmartTargeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Smart Targeting has lowered my farming spend and gotten me in front of more listing appointments. It is expensive but worth the splurge. I mean we're talking about getting listings here... The ROI I've seen is much better than the farming I was doing before, which I gave up on long ago.
