What do you like best?

What we value most about Smartly is their dedication to innovation and performance. We always weight the cost of a a new partnership against the increased revenue that they can offer us from a performance standpoint. The fact that Smartly is always creating new products to stay ahead of Facebook is why we continue to work with them. The incredible customer service is great too! What do you dislike?

My only complaint is that the billing setup requires us to run any Smartly campaigns out of a separate account which weakens our overall optimizations within the two accounts. There are definitely some aspects of reporting tools and the campaign set up that seem more kludgy than the native Facebook UI. Also, the quicker product development the better! Recommendations to others considering the product:

Very valuable when you're optimizing to lower funnel KPIs like GA data for retargeting. The tool is also extremely helpful in improving CTR and CVR on dynamic ads by adding addition feed driven creative to ads like % off value, countdowns, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
