"A Great Way to Recognize and Appreciate Others"
5/5
What do you like best about Bonusly?

What I like most about Bonusly is how easy it makes it to recognize and appreciate other people's efforts. I love being able to connect with colleagues, celebrate their achievements, and make recognition more fun and meaningful through GIFs. It's also great to see others being recognized for their hard work and contributions. Bonusly helps create a positive and supportive work environment where everyone feels valued and appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonusly?

So far, I haven't experienced any issues or found anything I dislike about Bonusly. The platform is easy to use, fun, and makes recognizing colleagues a positive experience. Overall, I'm very happy with it and how it encourages appreciation and connection within the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Meaningful Recognition with a Great Rewards Selection"
5/5
What do you like best about Bonusly?

Bonusly makes it easy to recognize colleagues across departments for their everyday contributions. The public recognition feed helps build a strong culture of appreciation, and the broad range of reward options (gift cards, donations) makes earning and receiving points feel genuinely meaningful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonusly?

The monthly expiration of unused points can feel a bit restrictive. If I don’t use my balance by the end of the month, those points are lost instead of rolling over, which can sometimes create a rush of last-minute recognitions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bonusly?

I love Bonusly because it is very easy to use. I like to thank and praise my awesome colleagues. I love that everyone can read my messages. Its performance has always been on top. I have never encountered a problem giving praise on Bonusly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonusly?

It is repetitive. I would like to have some updates, so it would be something new. I would like to have more reactions to messages. I also so not like that we have to give a tag. Those tags do not make much sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Caring for the other people you work with."
5/5
What do you like best about Bonusly?

I really like that Bonusly offers a way to recognize the other people that you work with. When you begin to work with people that you need a bunch of small things from, that add up all the time, it makes it difficult to be able to recognize them in some way other than saying thank you. Bonusly offers a practical way to do that and allows someone to build up and select a reward that they want, not something that you may think they want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonusly?

I would say that my only drawback, is that the items that are worthwhile are pretty expensive as far as points, it just makes it take some serious time to be able to get something you may want. I would like if there was more ways to get points, and there was double or triple given to each person in a month. I like to get 50 points, because it is a good amount, and that takes half the monthly points away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes recognition part of our everyday culture"
5/5
What do you like best about Bonusly?

Bonusly has genuinely changed how our team shows appreciation. Before we started using it, recognition mostly happened in annual reviews or the occasional shout-out in a meeting. Now it’s a daily habit. Giving a bonus takes seconds, and because each one includes a note about what the person did, the recognition feels specific and meaningful rather than generic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonusly?

If I had one small wish, it would be more flexibility around the monthly allowance. Unused points expire at the end of the month, which sometimes leads to last minute "use it or lose it" bonuses that feel less meaningful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cheer your peer has never been easier"
5/5
What do you like best about Bonusly?

What I like best about Bonusly is how easy it makes recognizing teammates in the moment. Giving a quick shout-out takes seconds, and because recognitions are public, everyone sees the great work happening across teams, not just their own. It’s built a real culture of appreciation at our company, and having the points turn into rewards people actually want makes it feel meaningful rather than just a nice gesture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonusly?

It works perfectly for me - I would like to have the option to lend bonusly points to other colleagues or to request for more points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Bonusly is an excellent and easy-to-use platform that makes recognizing and appreciating colleagues' contributions simple and meaningful. The intuitive interface makes it easy to give recognition and celebrate both individual and team accomplishments. Overall, Bonusly is a great way to boost employee motivation, encourage collaboration, and create a more connected and appreciative workplace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great system to reward colleagues"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bonusly?

I like that you can choose from a lot of different prizes and that you can choose from many different charities. I also like the system for giving points and that you can add points onto someone else's post. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonusly?

I wish there were more points given each month. I have a lot of people I work with on different projects and it's not possible to reward all the people I'd like to unless I give up some of my own rewards. I also don't like the AI system to give tips on what to write, it always comes out sounding synthetic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Manager"
4/5
What do you like best about Bonusly?

I really enjoy how Bonusly allows me to easily recognize and support not only my direct team members, but also cross-functional colleagues who have made a significant impact on our group or supported the broader business. It fosters a fantastic culture of appreciation and makes it simple to highlight hard work across the entire organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonusly?

Honestly, the main downside is that I sometimes run out of my monthly allowance because there are so many great contributions to recognize! I often wish I had an even larger points budget to give out to peers who deserve it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Great Way to Celebrate Everyday Wins"
5/5
What do you like best about Bonusly?

What I like best about Bonusly is the visibility it gives into the great work happening across the organization. It allows employees to recognize and appreciate one another's contributions, while also helping me learn about projects, accomplishments, and acts of teamwork that I might not otherwise see. It's a simple way to build positivity, strengthen connections, and make sure good work doesn't go unnoticed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonusly?

I honestly don't have many dislikes. If I had to choose one thing, it would be that with so much recognition happening across the organization, it can sometimes be easy to miss posts from teammates you'd like to celebrate. Otherwise, it's been a positive experience overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
