It's really useful, and my employees love it. The app is easy to use, and I love that it connects to Zapier (although the integration is not always reliable). They only offer email support, and I have waited 6 days to hear back from their Engineering team about an urgent issue with their Zapier integration. (Their integration suddenly stopped working for us, which rendered all of our zaps useless - which is a big part of how we reward our employees.)
