"Bonusly is a great peer efforts recognition tool, love it!"

What do you like best?

It helps motivate our staff and members of the sales teams. By giving recgnition among others it makes peole feel accomplishement. Great tool, keep it up! What do you dislike?

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Do it, it's an added value for your staff that they will enjoy and does not cost much to your organisation. Staff will feel like you are giving something back to them, do it, give back to them and get Bonusly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Staff motivation and unengaged staff seem to value entitlement. Bonusly gives them a sense of entitlement as they now are able to show others how they've helped and the unengaged can see how they can contribute so they too are recognised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nice, but only if people actually use it"

What do you like best?

Flexible rewards, extra money is always nice Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The consultants are all about bonusly, but my dev team just doesn't think about it. It ends up being slightly distracting (an extra thing to deal with), and can attach a value to something that previously was just something people did to be nice (ex: I brought in a baked good, didn't get any bonusly, and was like, why would I even bother doing this again? Whereas before, people enjoying the baked goods would be a sufficient reward) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
