Yes. According to G2 data, Bonusly offers a free plan with limited features. Users can upgrade to paid plans for additional capabilities. Visit the seller's official pricing page to compare plan options and features.

How much does Bonusly cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, Bonusly pricing in 2026 starts at $3.00. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the Bonusly's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is Bonusly pricing best suited for?

According to G2 reviewers, Bonusly's pricing is best suited for mid-market companies with 51 to 1,000 employees, which represent the largest share of reviewers and consistently report strong engagement and cultural impact. G2 reviews from industries like computer software, information technology, marketing, and professional services show particularly high satisfaction. The Free tier suits very small teams of up to 8 users testing recognition habits. Bonusly's Team plan fits growing companies prioritizing peer recognition and manager tools. Bonusly's Organization tier is best for larger enterprises needing company-wide analytics, SSO, and dedicated support. Remote and hybrid teams across all sizes frequently cite Bonusly as especially valuable for maintaining connection and visibility.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Bonusly?

Bonusly's Free tier supports up to 8 users and includes peer recognition, basic 1:1s, pulse checks, performance recaps, and Slack and Teams integrations. Bonusly's paid Team plan at $3.00 per month unlocks unlimited seats, enhanced 1:1s with smart agendas, unlimited performance recaps, automated manager alerts, advanced pulse check analytics, HRIS integrations, and 24/7 chat support. Bonusly's Organization tier, available via custom quote, adds company announcements, automated milestone celebrations, awards and incentives, company-wide analytics, SAML SSO, a dedicated customer success manager, a training library, onboarding assistance, and recognition quality reporting. G2 reviewers frequently cite analytics depth and milestone automation as key drivers for upgrading beyond the Free tier.

Is Bonusly considered good value for its pricing?

Bonusly's pricing is generally viewed as good value by G2 reviewers, with the majority giving high ratings and praising the tangible rewards system, ease of use, and positive cultural impact. Many G2 users highlight that the peer-to-peer recognition translates into real monetary value through gift cards and PayPal, making the investment feel worthwhile. However, recurring concerns include the points-to-reward ratio feeling low, reward catalog limitations for international users, and a 25% convenience fee on larger redemptions flagged by some reviewers. A few G2 reviewers also note that Bonusly's pricing can feel expensive for smaller businesses or high-turnover environments, suggesting value depends heavily on team size and engagement levels.

"Bonusly – A Fantastic Recognition System That Deserves More Points"

5/5

What do you like best about Bonusly?

I absolutely love using Bonusly. It’s an incredibly effective and fun way to recognize and appreciate the contributions of my teammates. The system is simple, engaging, and helps foster a culture of appreciation and positivity. I find myself regularly talking about Bonusly outside of work because it’s just that good—I’m always promoting it to friends and peers at other companies. I use it every day! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonusly?

The only downside? The limited monthly allocation of points. Currently, we get 100 points to give out each month, which just doesn’t feel like enough. I truly wish the budget was bumped up to 200 or even 300 points so we could recognize more great work more often. That would take an already excellent system to the next level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bonusly has been an incredible tool for helping me recognize and celebrate the contributions of my coworkers. It makes it so easy to show appreciation in real-time, whether it’s for big wins or everyday efforts. I’ve found that giving recognition through Bonusly not only boosts morale but also strengthens team relationships. It creates a positive ripple effect that encourages more collaboration and gratitude across the team. It’s one of the simplest yet most impactful tools in my daily workflow. "Unresponsive Support and Unreliable Zapier Integration—Plus a Costly 5% Fee"

1.5/5

What do you like best about Bonusly?

It's really useful, and my employees love it. The app is easy to use, and I love that it connects to Zapier (although the integration is not always reliable). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonusly?

It is impossible to get in touch with anyone. They only offer email support, and I have waited 6 days to hear back from their Engineering team about an urgent issue with their Zapier integration. (Their integration suddenly stopped working for us, which rendered all of our zaps useless - which is a big part of how we reward our employees.) They also take 5% on top of every reward that gets distributed, which adds up quickly when you give out as much in incentives as we do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use it to allow our employees to recognize each other for for their efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
