I love the ability to be able to recognize all of the small things that my coworkers do on a daily basis to contribute to a positive work environment. Seeing the power of getting a "bonusly train" going to thank someone for something that could otherwise go unnoticed is refreshing. I love knowing that coworkers' leaders can see when people voice their appreciation for them, and getting a monetary reward makes it even more special. It makes you feel great to be recognized, but also very empowered to be able to give it back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only challenge I find, other than not having enough each month to give away, is that there is sometimes a feeling of guilt if I reward someone more than others. Knowing that others can see the rewards and praise given is both a positive and a negative in this way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
