What do you like best about Smartflow?

Its interface is intuitive, with a simple dashboard for managing calls and campaigns. Users find the softphone app user-friendly for VoIP calls, though some report occasional navigation issues due to bugs. What do you like best about Smartflow?

Smartflow has been useful in organizing field activities as it has impacted on the automation of our flow of documents from the traditional paper forms. What do you dislike about Smartflow?
