Submit.com&#39;s role-scoped access model is underrated for adoption. Applicants, reviewers, and administrators each seeing only what&#39;s relevant to their role removes the confusion that usually drives people back to email. Adoption problems in grant management are almost always a UX friction problem, not a training problem.
