Powerful and flexible configuration options make it really easy for us to use the system in lots of different ways.

The system’s action tracking tools give us great visibility of who has been tasked with making improvements happen, which closes the loop from what customers are saying really effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not too much at the moment – the only thing that springs to mind is that the extent of the configuration options can initially make the system appear a little tricky to set up, but having said that the smartcrowds team deliver an excellent training and onboarding experience. The key thing for me is the range of collaboration features that make it really easy for our company to bring both customers and candidates into our ongoing improvement process. In particular, the ability to have a collection of innovation channels all running in parallel - closed group innovation challenges, open challenges, Internal campaigns, full surveys and pulse surveys, and how they all lead to visible, accountable improvement.

Smartcrowds is very easy to configure to a variety of different use cases. Either starting with stakeholder engagement and running external outreach using the AI analysis of results to start aa challenge and capture ideas or my setting a challenge as the start point - taking the ideas through assessment and verification to building plans and actions p the platform is so complete.
