Customization in Smartforms allows users to tailor the layout, design, and functionality of the form to meet specific needs. Enables form to adapt in realtime by adjusting option

**What do you dislike about Smart Forms?**

Sensitive data in the forms could lead to improper handling of data hence solid encryption is required.

**What problems is Smart Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Smart forms helps to solve manual data entry and inconsistent data formatting issues.

**What do you like best about Smart Forms?**

The work of excel, its data precision, allows me to organize by customer, by date, by amount, etc.

**What do you dislike about Smart Forms?**

I have not been able to use an excel program that I use for my contracts. maybe I lack training, but so far I have not been able to use it.

**What problems is Smart Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is a repetitive question
I use it for work formats.
It has helped me in organizing information and being able to have it.

**What do you like best about Smart Forms?**

I like that you can create multiple rules within a form and have it tailored to exactly what you are wanting. There is literally a rule you can use for any type of answer someone responds with. 

**What do you dislike about Smart Forms?**

Learning the Smart Forms application can be tedious but it is very beneficial way to collect information. 

**Recommendations to others considering Smart Forms:**

It can be tedious but you really have to learn the ground work of the smart forms to create the rules you want. I really recommend taking a course or teaching yourself. 

**What problems is Smart Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Migrating to Smart Forms rather than collecting data inefficiently through Word. Benefits are the capability of being able to export results and analyze different answers.
