# Which co-browsing platforms integrate with leading CRM systems to automatically log session transcripts into customer records, for an enterprise contact center?

I evaluated four co-browsing platforms last quarter and the CRM integration piece was where every single one of them fell apart in a different way. The actual question that kept not getting answered was which co-browsing platforms integrate with leading CRM systems to automatically log session transcripts into customer records for an enterprise contact center, without agents having to manually document anything after the session ends. Three platforms came out strongest from that evaluation: TeamViewer, Genesys Cloud CX, and Glia.

What the enterprise CRM integration picture actually looks like across the category:

TeamViewer: Integrates natively with ServiceNow and SAP, bringing co-browsing sessions into existing enterprise ticketing workflows without requiring agents to leave their primary system.

Genesys Cloud CX: Co-browsing, voice, chat, and digital channels all feed into a single customer record, eliminating the data silos that come from running a standalone co-browsing tool alongside a separate CRM.

Glia: Session data, contact center engagement, and co-browsing activity are unified in one platform, with reporting available to management without manual compilation from multiple sources.

Zoho Assist: For teams already in the Zoho ecosystem, co-browsing sessions log directly into Zoho Desk tickets with session notes available to the next agent on the same account.

Surfly: A fully documented API lets teams connect co-browsing into any existing CRM or chat platform, with action logs captured automatically from each session.

For enterprise contact center teams: has any of these actually held up under large-scale deployment without session data logging becoming its own overhead? And has anyone run a proper comparison between Genesys CX's native co-browsing and bringing in a dedicated tool like Surfly or Glia alongside an existing CRM?

This is where a lot of tools look integrated but still leave agents doing cleanup work. The difference is whether session context is usable later or just stored. Did any platform actually log interactions in a way that made follow-ups easier, not just more documented?
