What do you like best about Smallpdf?

I've used Smallpdf over the years for compressing my PDF files into smaller versions. It helps me quickly compress files instead of jumping through all kinds of hoops on other programs to do so. I like that it's quick and easy to navigate and I enjoy the ease of use and efficiency. The initial setup was very fast, and I simply keep the link saved on my browser bookmark bar. What do you dislike about Smallpdf?

What do you dislike about Smallpdf?

I had a horrible experience with Smallpdf. The company seems to be a complete fraud. Even after canceling my subscription, I was still charged. The customer service was extremely rude and unable to resolve the issue, particularly the representatives Michelle and Shannen, who were very unhelpful.
