By forwarding phone calls, emails, text messages, web chat, and more to Slingshot, time is freed up so you're not constantly on call. I've talked to may Slingshot users who have said that now they have time for their lives again, not just their businesses. Slingshot reps communicate with customers 24/7 so that business owners don't have to. **What do you like best about Slingshot by WorkWave?** What I like best is that there is always someone available to talk to customers. Even if Slingshot is just taking messages, it's better to have customers get someone on the phone than move on the next business. **What do you dislike about Slingshot by WorkWave?** The reps don't always get everything 100% correct. It's tricky because they are taking calls or chats from over 200 different clients. It would be impossible to remember every detail for every client. However, even if it's not always perfect, sales will increase if you use Slingshot.
