SkillProof is UK workforce training and compliance records software for organisations that need to prove staff are trained, competent and up to date. It replaces training matrix spreadsheets, shared folders and manual chasing with one live system for role-based training requirements, certificates, evidence, professional registrations, CPD, appraisals, reminders and audit-ready reports. Teams can see who is complete, overdue, due soon or missing proof, request and review evidence, and export audit packs from current records. SkillProof is a records and evidence layer, not an LMS, so it works alongside the training providers and courses already in use.
