What do you like best about SitePlanner?

What do you like best about SitePlanner?

The best part of SitePlanner is the Personnel/Competency Checker. Working in an industrial setting, with multiple clients/plants and required entry trainings, this part of SitePlanner allows our Human Resources and Safety departments to keep track of the trainings and certifications of our employees. We are provided with adequate time to send employee renewals before a training or certification expiring. This also helps us keep track of what employees we can send for specific projects because they already have the trainings necessary for entry into the facility. The Checker cuts our down-time and hiring process by at least 30% and is more accurate and efficient than a spreadsheet or paper method. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SitePlanner?

There are a few minor issues with tracking Time and Attendance, primarily relative to having more than 300 employees. When we had our last turn-around, we hired and terminated a total of 1,280 employees. The software should give quick, digitalized time and attendance, but the reports are not user-friendly for our clients, and disputes are difficult to override.
