Personnel and Contractor Manager Software: You can securely record all legally required personal data including contact information, medical conditions and mandatory certificates with a fully auditable GDPR compliant system. Contractor and Personnel Time on Site Reporting: Time on Site reporting provides capabilities to review and report over contractors/personnel time and attendance on site, saving time checking and administering contractor invoicing. The system helps to improve accuracy and helps to evidence false or erroneous claims. Risk Assessments/Method Statements (RAMS): A remote, fast and efficient user-driven process for the submission, review and approval of RAMS that enables work to be approved before contractors arrive on site. Permit to Work Software: A fast and efficient user-driven process for the submission, review, approval and issue of Permits and Work Authorisations. The Permit to Work software enables subcontractors to arrive on site ready to work safely and efficiently with a full audit trail to evidence compliance with standards. Its good for management skills. The best things about this isthat it really helps someone manage for contractors **What do you dislike about SitePlanner?** Its slow sometimes and can affect the effectiveness of the website.The website is a little hard to use but not that much. I would like to see improvments for the saftey of the site. **What problems is SitePlanner solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping solve projects problems and helps me reconstruct my website and shows my contractors risks before entering a site and the procedures needed prior to arrival. ### 2. Working in an industrial setting, with multiple clients/plants and required entry trainings, this part of SitePlanner allows our Human Resources and Safety departments to keep track of the trainings and certifications of our employees. We are provided with adequate time to send employee renewals before a training or certification expiring. This also helps us keep track of what employees we can send for specific projects because they already have the trainings necessary for entry into the facility. The Checker cuts our down-time and hiring process by at least 30% and is more accurate and efficient than a spreadsheet or paper method. **What do you dislike about SitePlanner?** There are a few minor issues with tracking Time and Attendance, primarily relative to having more than 300 employees. When we had our last turn-around, we hired and terminated a total of 1,280 employees.
