## About Siteglide
Siteglide is a Digital Experience Platform (DXP) that helps Digital Agencies build and manage User-First Experiences such as Online Courses, Marketplaces, Membership Sites and Customer Portals.

## Siteglide Reviews
  ### 1. An all in one CMS for all of my teams needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh C. | Chief Technology Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2020

**What do you like best about Siteglide?**

Siteglide allows my team and I to get our projects from a blank page to a live site in no time at all, with a seamless user experience all the way up.

One of the best things about Siteglide for us is the range of projects that we can have on the platform. Ranging from a small single pager to a full-blown application. Not only that, but it caters to all experience levels in my team. You can really get down in the details, or stay high level, and keep out of code as much as you can.

The technologies of GraphQL & Liquid work excellently together, in a way that makes working on projects, just that little bit easier.

**What do you dislike about Siteglide?**

Haven't really got any major complaints with the platform. Due to the flexibility in the platform, I can do pretty much anything I need to without having to use external providers

**Recommendations to others considering Siteglide:**

The documentation is a great place to look to get started on your first project, it helps us get our new team members up and running with minimal friction

**What problems is Siteglide solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of our biggest problems has been making and managing APIs. With Siteglide, we are able to get an API up and running in a matter of minutes. This is something we have never found on any other platform.

On any other platform, it is a significant amount of work to get even a single API endpoint up and running. On Siteglide however, it is as simple as creating the page, adding your authentication, and finalising any logic you need the endpoint to handle. All in all, a great solution to a problem that would cost far more on other platforms.

  ### 2. A great developing platform, with huge potential.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harry G. | System Programmer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Siteglide?**

The simplicity of the interface is excellent. It is easy to find the relevant section and the code editor built-in makes it easy to make minor changes to code without relying on the command-line interface (CLI). The team at Siteglide are also very keen to hear user feedback which is great, and encourage uses to suggest new features. I have also found the documentation on the platform is excellent and easy to navigate, which makes development a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Siteglide?**

With our company being early adopters of Siteglide, it is expected that certain features may be missing or not yet fully developed. However, I do find the support team sometimes will not help with problems encountered as they deem it custom code, despite the issue being core functionality. I think the overall policy regarding support issued needs to be reviewed.

**Recommendations to others considering Siteglide:**

I'd recommend becoming familiar with Liquid and GraphQL if you deal with complex systems such as e-commerce filtering, web app record searching, etc. There is a lot of documentation provided by Siteglide, which is very useful, and documentation elsewhere online.

**What problems is Siteglide solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have migrated from Adobe BC to Siteglide before the deadline for BC shutting down. There have been numerous problems during this process, but nothing hasn't been solved so far. Our sites are running smoothly, and maintenance seems relatively straightforward on this platform. We hold several websites ranging from brochure sites to e-commerce sites with complex filtering needs; all are possible on Siteglide.

  ### 3. SIteglide is great for migrating websites from Adobe Business Catalyst

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bob P. | Digital Marketing Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Siteglide?**

In building the platform, they have tackled the difficult functionality first, such as Web Apps and migrating BC (or any other) sites. They are rapidly building out new features which allow more and more sites to be migrated. The Siteglide team is very responsive and helpful in resolving technical issues as they arise. In addition, it is built on Platform OS, which gives it an excellent foundation which provides for incredible future growth opportunities.

**What do you dislike about Siteglide?**

At this time, Siteglide is not designed to be used by non-technical users, but is becoming more so. There are some missing features (when compared to BC), but these are being quickly added.

**Recommendations to others considering Siteglide:**

Highly recommended when migrating Adobe Business Catalyst sites that use Web Apps, Event Management, Secure Zones, Media Downloads, eCommerce, or a built-in CRM that can be connected to other services.

**What problems is Siteglide solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The immediate problem being solved is migration of existing BC sites. This has been done quickly, with the confidence that Siteglide will be a stable, yet flexible platform for the future.

  ### 4. Continuation of something good

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** RT R. | Online business consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2021

**What do you like best about Siteglide?**

The most relevant feature is the SAAS functionality. Neither I nor my clients like to tinker with servers, settings, upgrades, compatibilities, etc. A system like this gives me and my clients a safety blanket that should we part our ways, parting is as quick as assigning a new partner, which can be done within minutes. With other systems it can be a a lengthy and painful process. The system also provides a clear profit format. The support is readily available and helpful. The documentation is well structured and organized. Siteglide provides a continuation of a system that is no longer available to clients yet which clients learned to like. It gives these clients a familiar structure to work with and less time wasted learning a new system.

**What do you dislike about Siteglide?**

It is still a new system, hence it is defficient in some areas until it developes them. It relies on sone external resources to allow users to achieve functionality that BC used to have in house. This contributes to additional costs and complexity of learning and relying on things that may change independantly. The way usage efects the cost is not intuitive or predictive. One can't tell how much it will cost to run the system until it is all developped and done, when it is too late to change one's mind and decide if it is too costly and would be to better use a different solution. It has to be a leap of faith and a conviction that the cost, whatever it is, is worth the other benefits.

**Recommendations to others considering Siteglide:**

If you are looking for a maintenance-free SAAS solution to run and administer your website, this is a solution for you. If you are an agency looking for the same and a way to make profit on hosting, this is also a solution for you.

**What problems is Siteglide solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems I am solving are not to have to learn a completely different system and that I am providing my clients with a system they can get familiar with quickly. These are also the benefits I have realized.

  ### 5. Unparalleled support, and a robust, flexible platform for our clients.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bruce D. | Managing Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Siteglide?**

In short, we have yet to run into ANY feature or client requirement that Siteglide couldn't handle. Web apps, Liquid, GraphQL, and Zapier integration create almost unlimited extensibility. The added fact that the Siteglide team are all pleasant, intelligent, accountable and (amazingly) responsive people, makes working on this platform a genuine delight.

**What do you dislike about Siteglide?**

Honestly, not much. But, we do look forward to seeing the continued refinement to both the features and the overall client experience when using Siteglide. (It can never be easy enough.)

**What problems is Siteglide solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Siteglide actually let us provide an upgrade to our clients that were recently migrated (thrown?) off of Adobe Business Catalyst. The ability of Siteglide to easily integrate a client's website activity and data, with other online services, helps us to build even better solutions for our clients going forward.

  ### 6. Great platform to build on with great support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David R. | Owner/President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2020

**What do you like best about Siteglide?**

Flexible platform that allows you to build without restraints.

**What do you dislike about Siteglide?**

No real complaints, new features are being added constantly, so it takes time to keep up with the changes. But this is not a bad thing.

**Recommendations to others considering Siteglide:**

There are obviously many platforms to consider. The team at Siteglide are focused on providing the best possible platform and are open to suggestions that make sense for the community as a whole. Questions and issues are addressed in a manner that leaves the partner feeling that their input is important.

**What problems is Siteglide solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing a platform for building sites that meet the clients needs.

  ### 7. Siteglide is a great solution for our diverse client base.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liz G. | Business Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2020

**What do you like best about Siteglide?**

Our clients all have unique requirements, which are mostly solved using Siteglide's out-of-the-box functionality. This functionality includes customizable components such as secure zones, media downloads, eCommerce, and best of all, webapps - which are similar to database tables. Webapps are used to display the stored data anywhere on the website. Non-technical clients can easily update their data securely in the backend.

**What do you dislike about Siteglide?**

Siteglide is a relatively new product offering, so external online resources are limited. Looking forward to seeing more use cases from other developers as the product matures.

**Recommendations to others considering Siteglide:**

It would be best if you looked "under the hood" to understand what Siteglide has to offer! Take the opportunity to chat with Siteglide and a local Agency Partner.

**What problems is Siteglide solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The website CRM is updated automatically from user-filled forms, which is very useful for managing prospects for events and programs. The CRM is customizable, allowing client-specific requirements to be added.
The ability to integrate with 3rd party systems allows for automated workflows to external providers eg order details from ecommerce sites sent to delivery companies via Zapier.

  ### 8. Powerful Content Management and Digital Experience Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rox D. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Siteglide?**

The SiteGlide platform is powerful and easy to use with a logical interface and extensible features.

We have been able to create quite complex system very quickly and the management interface isn't too complex to hand over to clients for them to manage their own information post go live.

The diverse data structures combined with inline liquid make rapidly generating different digital experiences depending on the user possible.

The speed is fast and important considerations like SEO etc are built right in.

We have also been impressed by how easily accessing the data and manipulating via API has been enabling us to easily integrate with other platforms.

**What do you dislike about Siteglide?**

The CLI is powerful and allows the usage of more advanced editing tools but is not suitable for the average site owner and day to day experience managers more used to standard upload and download tools like FTP and similar.

The system is maturing so some things break now and then but support has been excellent with most issues resolved extremely quickly.

A more advanced ability for nominated users (rather than system administrators) to be able to edit data they didn't create would make the system extremely capable and powerful for rapid development of Digital Transformation projects.

**What problems is Siteglide solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used SiteGlide to create a capable Product Information Management (PIM) system with multiple digital experience interfaces and integration with external Digital Asset Management tools. Not quite at the level of other expensive SaaS or extremely complex self hosted PIMs but a massive step up from the usual online shop, significantly reducing and simplifying the effort involved with managing technical information about diverse product ranges.

We have also used it to rapidly create management portals for startup online projects, using the easy to use and powerful APIs to interact with external systems. Close integration with bootstrap has enabled the easy use of templated portal sites to produce great looking, easy to use data management portals with quite a bit functionality straight out of the box. Our last portal took one developer about half the time it took us to develop the previous one. And that previous one had two developers! Being built on PlatformOS we also haven't had to worry about all the issues with configuring and managing the hosting platform. Another real timesaver and less headaches too.

  ### 9. Siteglide replaces ABC

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Siteglide?**

This platform is much easier to use than ABC

**What do you dislike about Siteglide?**

I have not found anything I dislike about it yet

**Recommendations to others considering Siteglide:**

I am not very tech savvy but Siteglide makes my job easier

**What problems is Siteglide solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A better interface and a better product for our customers

  ### 10. What Business Catalyst Should Have Been and More

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Al M. | Jr. Interactive Media and Web Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Siteglide?**

A very customizable platform compared to business catalyst's inflexible and frustrating design. The layouts for multiple elements on the platform are easily accessible so that you can customize almost anything that outputs onto a web page. The same applies to email and web form customizations. Most important is the customer service. They have been beyond helpful since the day we started using the platform and have played a large part in the success of our company launching a rather large site. Through excellent communication, quick response times, and even working outside of regular hours, the Siteglide staff have shown me a true dedication to customer satisfaction. Lastly the best feature is that the platform is still evolving. There are more good things to come by sticking with Siteglide

**What do you dislike about Siteglide?**

You still can not use a webapp's base URL, unfortunately. The main url of a webapp should be a landing page but siteglide unfortunately does not let you access it. This means that many user of the platform including our company have had to set up many URL redirects to try and ensure that our SEO doesn't literally tank.

**Recommendations to others considering Siteglide:**

Siteglide is still evolving. There may even be features you feel are missing. Just put in a feature request, and the community can vote on it. If it is popular enough, then Siteglide will likely add it to the calendar for implementation. That's one of my favorite things about this platform. They actually listen to the community. In my opinion that is a priceless feature any company could offer.

**What problems is Siteglide solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can customize layouts and designs due to the openness and flexibility of the platform. One example is Business catalyst was limited to one sitewide workflow notification. With Siteglide I can customize multiple workflow notifiations depecning on which administrators I wish to receive them. Another benefit is better integrated product subscriptions in the ecommerce. The ecommerce in itself is just better as well with better shipping and pricing customizations, better store layout capabilities, and better cross product selling.

  ### 11. Excellent CMS / Digital Experience Platform Backed by Great Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter H. | Front-End Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2021

**What do you like best about Siteglide?**

It's intuitive and straightforward to use for both the developer and end-user and runs on top of robust technologies. It provides a lot of great features out of the box, such as a CRM, eCommerce store, and Events manager. It's easy to create new staging sites, copy them and then launch them to production. We have had a great experience migrating our sites to Siteglide from Business Catalyst.

**What do you dislike about Siteglide?**

Still lacking some advanced functionality, but they are working hard on this and keep us frequently updated about when / what new features are being added. Documentation also needs improving, but if I have any issue I will ask their support directly and get it resolved quickly.

**What problems is Siteglide solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building new multi-page websites, e-commerce stores and digital experiences for our customers

  ### 12. Siteglide, a slick digital platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom W. | G, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Siteglide?**

We like how easy it is to migrate websites to the Siteglide platform and then how easy it is to incorporate and automate workflows using the built-in Zapier functionality. Our sites also receive a great oveall score with Google for performance ETC and customer service is excellent.

**What do you dislike about Siteglide?**

So far we don't have any dislikes and any features we have requested are already on the roadmap for development.

**What problems is Siteglide solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Siteglide has enabled us to collect valuable customer information and pass it on to our relevant teams, seamlessly improving our workflows.

  ### 13. Achieve your online ambitions using Siteglide

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2021

**What do you like best about Siteglide?**

The ability to create any project no matter how complex.

**What do you dislike about Siteglide?**

There are no downsides to using siteglide

**Recommendations to others considering Siteglide:**

check out the api

**What problems is Siteglide solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Complex integrations with other platforms made easy using api

  ### 14. I was patient and it paid off!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Greg M. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2021

**What do you like best about Siteglide?**

The platform is very easy to use and to learn how to use. The development team is always adding features that are actually useful.

I'm putting all of my clients on this platform! It's non-negotiable.

**What do you dislike about Siteglide?**

I haven't found any downsides yet. Perhaps one would pop up with an extremely complex site, but I'm confident that the developers would address what's missing as quickly as possible.

**Recommendations to others considering Siteglide:**

Take it for a spin and you're likely to stick around. I did.

**What problems is Siteglide solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to build sites on one and only one platform is great for my bottom line.

  ### 15. Incredible support, amazing platform.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luiz Fernando S. | Web Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Siteglide?**

The ability to create completely custom websites for my clients. Including custom web apps and modules that are connected to internal databases. The support that Siteglide provides is unmatched, they are always very responsive and take care of their clients to the best standards there are out there. New features are published on a regular basis with clear goals communicated through a road map and community forums for technical support and feature request.

**What do you dislike about Siteglide?**

I can imagine that for newcomers, the learning curve might be a little steep. But once a designer or front end developer get familiar with Siteglide, they will definitely love the flexibility of creating custom websites for their clients, easily managing multiple sites and staying on the edge of web technologies in their offerings.

**What problems is Siteglide solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem I am solving is using a platform that allows for such flexibility when it comes to managing websites that require a bit more interactivity than a basic static website. Items in a web app database are easily managed, categorized and displayed in a responsive format. Siteglide allows for every portion of the site to be built out bespoke.

  ### 16. Great CMS and flexible platform with good responsive support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon M. | Studio Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Siteglide?**

Clear layout of the CMS, great for our clients. Ability to build almost anything on it.

**What do you dislike about Siteglide?**

Visual page builder could do with some work. Compatibility with domains held on Microsoft DNS.

**What problems is Siteglide solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perfect for bespoke website building.

  ### 17. Helped save me a ton of time and the support team was extremely responsive

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Business Supplies and Equipment | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Siteglide?**

I have only built one site using the platform so far but it has already been a better experience for my needs vs using other platforms. Siteglide is a great platform which allowed me to create a site for both non-technical client users to manage but also provides a lot of flexibility for our team of developers to customize to the unique functional requirements our client had via their CLI, APIs and GraphQL queries. The platform is constantly evolving and new features are being added on a very regular basis. the team is extremely responsive and dedicated to helping solve unique problems or directing us to multiple options to solving problems. In the event we have come across challenges which cannot be directly solved via the platform, they add these requests to their product roadmap and keep you updated as to progress. It is built on PlatformOS which creates a strong foundation and creates confidence in the performance and stability of the platform. I will be using Siteglide for many future sites.

**What do you dislike about Siteglide?**

Currently their support team is in the UK so for Canadian and US customers, there can delays due to the time difference in working hours. The teams are still very responsive but you must plan for this if you are requiring support. Since the platform is built on PlatformOS, documentation can be distributed across multiple sources. Sometimes there can be a some guessing as to what PlatformOS capabilities have been built into Siteglide but the support team does help clarify in this regard. Another area which could use some improvement is the email workflows. Currently emails can be sent for things like CRM registrations, password resets, etc. but the ability to tie email workflows to any other parts of the site requires an external integration via Zapier and Sendgrid. Unfortunately the costs of this for basic infrequent use in Zapier and Sendgrid can equate to costs greater than the monthly Siteglide costs for the entire site. Siteglide already uses Sendgrid for its CRM email workflows so this may be resolved in future Siteglide updates.

**What problems is Siteglide solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to create a marketplace style site where properties (office space, industrial shops, storage, and yard space) can be made available for rent based on location. Connecting property owners with other companies to maximize usage of empty space.

  ### 18. Siteglide is my development-design partner of choice.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julia A. O. | Digital Artist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2020

**What do you like best about Siteglide?**

Siteglide offers my business the flexibility and power I need to keep pace with fast-change and market demands, which means providing development now that will last into the future.

The platform allows me to build clean HTML on Platform OS, and provides a deep attention to workflow. With its modular architecture, I can build the CMS websites for my varied clients that fit their businesses, rather than create websites that fit the platform.

The team is highly responsive, with several good communication tools and speedy response for technical issues.

**What do you dislike about Siteglide?**

It's a young company, and there are some important and popular components not quite in place yet, though they’re working hard to roll these out.

The good news is that if Siteglide team says they’ll have a rollout by a given timeline, they will have it.

**Recommendations to others considering Siteglide:**

This company is young and growing. Take time to understand their strengths - it will be worth it.

If you want to expand your web offerings in order to stay competitive, you may want to take a look at Siteglide. If you’re an agency looking for a good white-label platform, look no further.

The Siteglide interface is very easy to use with good and ever-growing documentation, including a forum to ask assistance from others, and you can chat with a real person. The pricing is based on usage, so that all modules, including ecommerce, are available at all pricing levels. This allows you to bring customers in at entry level and grow their business use as the business grows, all the way to enterprise levels.

**What problems is Siteglide solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m still moving clients from Adobe BC, which is not an easy solve for any agency, but the team is helping me bridge the gaps.

I appreciate the flexibility of development modules and variety of tools I can provide with this platform. My clients have come to expect ease of management, a wide array of services and a high level of customization. With Siteglide, I feel confident that I can deliver to these expectations.

  ### 19. "A secure CMS, with great design flexibility for all types of sites."

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel D. | Manager chez MAIL BOXES ETC. Martinique, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2020

**What do you like best about Siteglide?**

Security can be an issue with many CMS, but not with Siteglide. Its highly secure structure, hosted on AWS, makes hacking difficult, if not impossible.

SiteGlide combines multiple databases and other features with a flexible structure to meet the rigorous requirements of clients for websites from the simplest to the most complex. The CMS can be easily updated by clients and support teams. It is a SaaS, so updates are done regularly, and we do not have to take care of them.

The Siteglide team is very responsive to requests and suggestions through its community forum and regularly adds new features to the CMS.

**What do you dislike about Siteglide?**

Siteglide is recent and still little known for now. As new websites are built on this CMS, it will be easier to present Siteglide to clients. It is up to us to be worthy of their trust.

**Recommendations to others considering Siteglide:**

A large modern platform, benefiting from the latest technologies, and oriented towards the future. A good way to position oneself for the future and stand out from competitors with ease.

**What problems is Siteglide solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First, the migration from Adobe Business Catalyst directly to Siteglide is very simple. Regarding new sites, thanks to the "Layout Library" system, it is easy and quick to publish pages with professional layouts, with clean code, and therefore highly efficient. Clients are quickly very satisfied with the results.

  ### 20. Solid, flexible platform for simple to complex sites and applications

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Devon R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2020

**What do you like best about Siteglide?**

What we like the most about Siteglide is the ability to leverage a truly scalable infrastructure for big and small jobs. It gives us all the runway we need for when a client's business grows, or changes in the future. We love it's integration with Zapier, the ability to build membership sites with Secure Zones and eCommerce. With it we're able to build smart, database driven sites where we can efficiently import/export data when needed, and give the client an easy editing experience as well.

**What do you dislike about Siteglide?**

I don't think it's a downside of the platform, but to fully get the most out of Siteglide as an agency, it helps to have some talent on your team with at least a basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS and how to build databases in a smart way. Their documentation is thorough so it's easy to get your team up to speed, but this isn't a Wix or Squarespace type of website building experience (and that's why we like it for most of our clients).

**Recommendations to others considering Siteglide:**

Make sure you're working with a Siteglide Partner experienced with the platform, and really make use of their documentation and support team - they are very responsive.

**What problems is Siteglide solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're building fully customized online courses, easily searchable databases for garden enthusiasts, eCommerce stores, non-profit websites, distance learning portals for schools. For many of these clients automating what were once fully manual processes (saving them hours each month in labor).

  ### 21. Secure, data-base driven CMS with design flexiblity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandra H. | Founder - Creative Agency, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2020

**What do you like best about Siteglide?**

Security can be a problem with many CMS's but not with SiteGlide. It's highly secure structure hosted on AWS makes it difficult, if not impossible, to hack.

SiteGlide combines multiple databases and other features with a flexible structure making it possible to meet rigorous client requirements for complex websites. The CMS can easily be updated by clients and support teams.

The SiteGlide team is very responsive to inquiries and suggestions through their community forum and is regularly adding new features to the CMS.

**What do you dislike about Siteglide?**

At this time, SiteGlide is unknown, which requires a lot of education on the part of partners. As more websites are built on this CMS, it will be easier to pitch SiteGlide to clients.

**Recommendations to others considering Siteglide:**

Well worth checking out and testing a trail site. The CMS is perfect for complex websites requiring multiple databases but flexible enough to create an custom design or solution needed to meet client requirements.

**What problems is Siteglide solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to move Adobe Business Catalyst websites straight to SiteGlide and retain the integrity of the website. The client is very pleased with the results and the easy of updating content.

  ### 22. Beautiful Platform - OUTSTANDING Customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Casey J. | Co-Founder/CEO, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2020

**What do you like best about Siteglide?**

The customer support is second to none. Siteglide is available on Intercom, Tribe & a couple other areas - all the time. Response time is usually within a few minutes, and resolutions come within 24hrs usually.

**What do you dislike about Siteglide?**

Bootstrap.css. I'm just not a big fan of it. All of the pre-built layouts & forms use bootstrap, and there is no way currently to change that - short of rewriting every component that Siteglide creates.

**What problems is Siteglide solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building powerful websites - beyond what wordpress can do. Primary benefits are the ability to leverage the power of POS (liquid/graphql/aws) inside of an elegant admin panel.

The Siteglide interface is easy to use, there's lots of documentation, there's a forum to ask assistance from others, and you can chat with a real live person. You'll be learning best practices, and working on the latest platform(s). The pricing isn't bad either :)

  ### 26. Best Platform for Web Design and Development Agencies

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2020

**What do you like best about Siteglide?**

Using a stable and reliable platform to develop my client site's on is key to my success. Looking at several other platforms on the market. The thing that stood out for me with Siteglide is It's built to be future-proof. Some might say going all-in on a single platform is a bad choice. But it's more efficient for me be an expert of one platform than it is to be a novice at several. The Siteglide team has done a fantastic job of taking the complex process of building custom, robust, enterprise-level websites and making it possible for web designers and developers alike to deploy site's much quicker. Add in the knowledge-base, community forum, and responsive agency support, and it doesn't get much better than that.

**What do you dislike about Siteglide?**

There's not much to dislike about Siteglide. But if I had to pick something, I would say the time difference. I'm in the states and they are across the pond from me. A six hour time difference doesn't seem like much. But if I'm working on a client site at 6pm and have an issue I need help with. I have to wait until I get up the next day to see their response. And if I don't get to that response right away, I have to wait until the following day to get additional feedback. It hasn't been a huge problem for me, but it would be nice to have a larger window of support throughout my workday.

**Recommendations to others considering Siteglide:**

Connect with the community! Getting to know other users of the platform and establishing those relationships is a huge benefit.

**What problems is Siteglide solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Siteglide gives me the ability to deploy custom, complex, enterprise-level website's quicker by providing the framework needed to build out the things most businesses need in a website today. Content pages, blogs, e-commerce solutions, my account section, forms, etc. Having a starting point to work from rather than developing these solutions from scratch is huge for someone like me. Factor in the reliability aspect and it's almost a no-brainer.

  ### 27. Excellent platform with powerful features

The technologies of GraphQL & Liquid work excellently together, in a way that makes working on projects, just that little bit easier and quicker to get a website up and running that looks great with awesome functionality.

**What do you dislike about Siteglide?**

The UI is a bit clunky, and still missing some nice to have features, but new features are being added regularly.

**What problems is Siteglide solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating complex customised builds for clients has never been easier as Siteglide is both an easy product to use and a powerful product to alter to your needs, with the ability to get an API up and running in a matter of minutes.

Not all features needed in very complex sites are ready yet, so important to scope projects to get the best fit.

**Recommendations to others considering Siteglide:**

Take the time to understand its strong points of difference as it will be worth it.

**What problems is Siteglide solving and how is that benefiting you?**
