SingularityApp is available on Mac, Windows x64, Linux, iOS, Android, and via a web version for PC. Key features include: 1. Tasks and projects — unlimited levels of nested subtasks for managing simple to-do lists and complex multi-level projects, with support for recurring tasks and prioritization. 2. Time tracking and Pomodoro timer — built-in Pomodoro technique with customizable work and rest intervals, productivity statistics, and completed session tracking. 3. Visual project management — Kanban boards for tracking task progress and Gantt charts for timeline planning with dependencies and milestones. 4. Collaboration — shared projects with up to 10 participants, link-based access, and real-time task updates. 5. Notifications and reminders — multiple reminders per task, alarm mode, and GPS-based geo-notifications to avoid missing deadlines. Additional capabilities include a habit tracker, Focus and Review modes, notepads with rich text editing and image support, file attachments with cloud storage, color tags, flexible filters, offline access, and mobile widgets. The UI & UX: The first thing you will notice about this app is that the UI and the UX are delightful from the beginning. They offer three themes, with sub-themes inside, but the space theme makes it unique. 2. Features: Feature selection is another pro of this app. It's not too bloated nor too skimped off. It feels right at home. It has handy features like a Pomodoro timer, habits, calendar, etc. 3. Chaos Management: One of the best parts of this app is carefully selecting a task management system, a modified version of Getting Things Done (GTD). I had always appreciated GTD and wanted to incorporate it into my life, but this app made it even easier, thanks to its flexible nature. 4. Excellent Filter: The app has filters and search functions on steroids. The level of detail with which you can set or view the existing tasks is simply astounding. 6. Availability: The app is available everywhere. Be it Linux, Windows, Android, iOS, Mac, and a web version. **What do you dislike about SingularityApp?** Cons are there, but I can live without them: 1. No support for NLP: The competition has NLP, like TickTick and Todoist. But there's no support for NLP in Singularity app. 2. Pricing: It could have been a little better. TickTick is cheaper than Singularity in India, and Todoist is a little expensive. **What problems is SingularityApp solving and how is that benefiting you?** SingularityApp is solving some crucial problems: 1. It helps me make more time. 2. It helps me stay productive. 3. It helps me keep track of my projects and tasks. 4. It helps me organize my calendar. ### 2. The daily habit thing which makes me categorise my daily tasks separately from my work tasks and not added in the same calendar and the interconnection in the dates of the habit calendar makes it look attractive too, making it feel I should check **What do you dislike about SingularityApp?** I accidentally double-tapped on 1 task in habit, it turns out to be hollow from the centre, what does that mean (it is not indicated) adding on a new project is difficult what if I created a task first and then realised I want it to be part of something? **What problems is SingularityApp solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like the idea of keeping my calendar empty from daily routine tasks on which I need to build my habit and a nice application with dark mode UI makes it super sleek and well-designed.
