What do you like best about Sine by Honeywell?

The cost was competative, but this shows in the customer service provided. The app frequently froze which required a restart of the app before allowing a visitor to log in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sine by Honeywell?

The customer serivce was not very helpfull, and the billing was outsourced. We were frequently sent bills from other sites which caused frequest shutoffs at incorrect sites for non-payment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sine by Honeywell?

Their software is very stable and works properly every time we have needed it. It was incredibly easy adding additional kiosks and there are no delays in notifications. This system is used in our facility every day without problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sine by Honeywell?

They only support iPads for their kiosks which really stinks. It would be nice if they offered Android as an option there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sine by Honeywell?

The program is easy to use. We use it to control visitors to our chemical plant. Contractors can use an iPad to log in, and I receive a message when they are on site. Contractors or visitors never lose much time, it's easy to use, quick, but still thorough.

It's also easy to export data, to see how many visitors you had on a day, or to see how many hours contractors worked in a week.

I really like the application and wouldn't want to use anything else for this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sine by Honeywell?

Maybe expand functionality. Setting up the application was done by our IT department, it's not very easy for us to reconfigure the forms once they're set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sine by Honeywell?

This was super simple to set up. Changes (even adding a COVID checklist when it was needed) are very easy. Visitors understand how it works. Staff finds it easy to manage. We have not had any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sine by Honeywell?

The process to take a picture is a little weird; that's the only issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sine by Honeywell?

Extremely user-friendly solution both for user and administrator

Support is no more than a minute away

Instant notifications are sent to phone email and MS Teams to Hosts

Can see how many visitors/contractors are on site

Contractors can sign in using the app or the sign-in station

Contractors/Visitors get a label printed with their picture and who they visiting

Contractors are signed out using geo fencing

Contractors/Visitors can be messaged using the system

Facial recognition option for return users to quickly check in and checkout

Multiple workflows can be set up in an instant by duplicating an existing workflow

Easy to upload/update documents and workflows

Multiple pieces of training can easily be set up using the system

Easy access to all the staff induction and their replies

Conditional formatting is another great feature of workflow

Work Permits can be set up for contractors with electronic risk assessment forms for them to fill out prior to job

The company's module helps manage all required documents including insurance, public liability, etc, and is synced with its employee's profile.

What do you dislike about Sine by Honeywell?

The setup fee is too high regardless you need help with setup or not

Enterprise-based pricing does not help individual sites to independently signup for the service

It be a good feature if the administrator gets notified along with the staff when they are due for re-induction Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sine by Honeywell?

This is the easist software I've used to enter and check in guests to our facility. It prints out a guest pass instantly and also will notify the host.

We don't have to rely on paper logs to track who is in and out of our building. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sine by Honeywell?

This may be a printer issue, but the printer can sometime randomly disconnect from Sine and prevent the badges from printing. Without the badge, it is slightly inconvienent to has the guest check out. It would be nice if admins could print out the guest badge later if there is a printer issue.

This is the only major flaw we have run into. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
