SimplyRCS Reviews & Product Details

SimplyRCS is an RCS Business Messaging platform that lets brands reach customers with verified, branded messages inside the default messaging app on Android and iPhone - no app download required. Built by Signalmash, a US CPaaS with direct Tier-1 carrier connections carrying roughly a billion messages and calls a month, SimplyRCS handles Google and carrier verification in-house so your texts arrive from your brand name and logo with a verified checkmark instead of an unknown 10-digit number. The platform pairs RCS delivery with agentic AI. Describe the campaign or support flow you want in plain English and the AI drafts the conversation, builds the bot, and runs it - answering from your approved content only, never off-script. A visual canvas lets teams edit those flows by hand: rich cards, image carousels, quick-reply buttons, menus, data capture, and handoff to a live agent when a conversation needs a human. A shared inbox handles two-way replies, and every message falls back automatically to SMS or MMS when a device does not support RCS, so one campaign still reaches your entire list. Analytics go beyond delivery receipts. Because RCS supports read receipts and tap tracking, teams can see who opened a message, which card or button they tapped, and what each campaign cost, at both campaign and organization level. Typical use cases include appointment reminders and confirmations, order and delivery updates, abandoned cart recovery, fraud and security alerts, loyalty offers and rewards, review requests, and customer support. Restaurants, retail and e-commerce, healthcare, financial services, insurance, travel and hospitality, automotive, real estate, and fitness and wellness brands use SimplyRCS to replace plain SMS blasts with branded, interactive conversations that customers trust and act on. Compliance is handled for you: consent and STOP/HELP management, TCPA-aligned opt-in handling, 10DLC and toll-free registration, STIR/SHAKEN, and SOC 2 Type II controls. Carrier surcharges and registration fees are passed through at cost and shown as separate line items, so there are no hidden markups. Pricing is usage-based with no contracts and no monthly minimums. The platform itself is free - you pay a flat monthly fee for your verified RCS agent plus per-message rates that sit well below the large CPaaS providers, with AI credits metered near cost. Marketing, product, developer, and agency teams can launch from the web app or integrate directly through the REST API, and most brands go live with verified RCS in weeks rather than months.
