It is an excellent administrative management tool for beauty salons and spas that establishes criteria for dealing with inventories, appointments and payroll and billing services. **What do you dislike about SimpleSpa?** There's nothing I don't like about this program, we've had excellent results since we started using it and we haven't had any inconvenience with how the program works. **What problems is SimpleSpa solving and how is that benefiting you?** This program became the miraculous solution of all the inconveniences that our business was presenting to manage the processes automatically, we use it since the opening of our first beauty salon, and 4 years have passed we have 5 franchises of beauty salon "My Style" in different locations in the city, so we can say that this program was instrumental in the growth and expansion of our enterprise, and today become a thriving business.
