"Great Certificate Generation Software!"

What do you like best about SimpleCert?

From the demo process, through onboarding and training to daily usage and support, SimpleCert has greatly helped staff in making the certificate generation and distribution process much simpler and more efficient. They worked with us to customize the process for our specific use case and based upon our post event reports to easily transfer data from our reports to the SimpleCert certificate template and upload. They worked with our IT department to integrate their platform with our email system to personalize the distribution process. Customer support is a quick email away and we now have self service certificate templates to cover all of our event needs. Great team to work with and a great product. Highly recommend! What do you dislike about SimpleCert?

We used to process certificates internally using outdated certificate software and an Excel merge file which was more cumbersome using our post event reports used to qualify attendees for CPE credit. Before using SimpleCert, issuing certificates was time-consuming, inconsistent, and required manually creating and emailing each one. Tracking who received what—and when—was a logistical headache.

SimpleCert automates the entire certificate process—from creation to delivery—while keeping records organized in one place. Their templates are easy to customize, and the bulk-upload and email features make sending certificates fast and seamless.

What do you like best about SimpleCert?

The amount of support we've received has been phenomenal. Creating automated certificates for our online programs has been extremely challenging until we found SimpleCert. Our representative, Erin, has been critical in creating this experience. He has offered us multiple video conference calls to help walk us through the process of setting up our software and making sure it's working. Even when we made adjustments later, he scheduled calls and made the process very simple. I have never had such a good experience with any company and I've been in the online business space for more than 10 years. I just can't say enough. Beyond the service, the software itself is such a fair price. Other companies we found were literally 10 times more expensive, or more! Far out of our budget for the amount of certificates we need automated each month. Absolutely love the service. It works perfectly. We haven't had any issues. The problem they solved is huge! We were having to manually create certificates and email them to our clients each month. We weren't able to scale as a result. Now it's completely automated and there's so many additional helpful options that SimpleCert offers that we didn't have as well. Like the email that goes to people with the certificate and how we can adjust what that says which allows us to offer marketing. And also the problem of we don't know what the hell we're doing! What do you like best about SimpleCert?

SimpleCert has a really user-friendly interface and a very clear subscription option assortment. It suits our organization's needs and budget perfectly, and we like being able to buy send credits on demand rather than being locked into a monthly plan. What do you like best about SimpleCert?

All I need is a tool that can help me with the creating, and sending out Certificates of Completion for my small business. I don't want to invest in a tool that is a CRM, or something else that has all sorts of elements I don't need. Why pay for all this extra stuff from another tool if all I need is a tool that makes it easy to send out Certificates. I am able to upload my own design, add the merge variables I need to match, and then all I do is upload my class list and I'm done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SimpleCert?

Hard to say. I am interested in setting looking at automatons, I would love to see a way to integrate this into my Zoom account. I've looked at other products but have never been able to find a tool that does this. I would love to see if there is a way to do this automatically within my account. What problems is SimpleCert solving and how is that benefiting you?

I used to spend literally an hour after EACH class I taught, setting up, making and then individually emailing out certificates. And then inevitable people would come back a few weeks saying they never received my certificate so I'd have to make them ANOTHER certificate and send that out to them. A complete waste of my time. SimpleCert solves all of this. It literally takes seconds to create all the certificates I need, and then I automatically email them out straight from my account. And then when someone inevitably reaches back out to me saying they did not get my certificate, all I have to do is look that person up in my databast, and with a single button I can resend them their certificate. I also like that I can see right on the screen exactly when and at what time someone accesses their certificate. What do you like best about SimpleCert?

I have been using SimpleCert for a few years now and absolutely love it! It truly lives up to it's name -- it makes creating, sending, and storing certificates super simple. It is also really nice from the certificate recipient side of things. The recipient will receive an email with their certificates, and can also easily create an account to access all their stored certificates. The whole system runs flawlessly. The folks behind the scenes at SimpleCert (shoutout to Tania and Aaron!) are also an absolute pleasure to work with. They are very accessible and open to feature requests and new ideas. What do you dislike about SimpleCert?

I'm trying to be nitpicky to think of something I dislike about SimpleCert to make this a comprehensive review, but I have zero complaints. It's a great product that has been very well designed and executed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are required to issue certificates when somebody completes a continuing education class of ours. SimpleCert makes the whole process super, well... simple! The biggest problem we have that SimpleCert solves is issuing certificates at scale. We regularly need to issue over 10,000 certificates which would be impossible to do manually. With SimpleCert we just upload the names and emails of the people who are eligible for their certificates and SimpleCert gets them all emailed out and stored for accessing in the future. Hi Katherine! Thank you very much for your feedback, and we greatly appreciate your trust. I hear you on your comments about email deliverability. SimpleCert has a 99%positive reputation, and distributes thousands of certificates every single day, but even with that high of a reputation there can be firewalls and email servers that will still restrict the deliverability. This is especially common with government or institutional email addresses. Have you explored setting up your emails to be sent out via your own email server? This is simple to do, is free, and can directly improve your deliverability because your recipients are likely already getting emails from you directly. Here's an article on how to make this change in your account: https://simplecert.net/help/can-i-use-my-own-email-server/ . Please also do not hesitate to book time with an account specialist, from the dashboard of your account (This is the "Request help setting up" link).
