What do you like best about SimpleCert?

I appreciate how it can integrate with other platforms like Zapier, so we can have a SurveyMonkey response send participant details to SimpleCert. It reduced a lot of tedius work while keeping our learners happy. I also like that we can customize the certificates to have our company branding. What do you dislike about SimpleCert?

I wish I didn't have to use a middle service like Zapier to connect with SurveyMonkey. It just means one more potential area for disruption of providing our learners with certificates in a timely manner. I also would like to see a revision of the dashboard for ease of access. What do you like best about SimpleCert?

SimpleCert has been a fantastic resource for our training company. It allows us to quickly issue certificates to hundreds of participants by simply importing a spreadsheet, which saves us a significant amount of time. The platform is incredibly intuitive, and our clients appreciate having access to the user portal to easily manage their certifications. "Great Certificate Generation Software!"

What do you like best about SimpleCert?

From the demo process, through onboarding and training to daily usage and support, SimpleCert has greatly helped staff in making the certificate generation and distribution process much simpler and more efficient. They worked with us to customize the process for our specific use case and based upon our post event reports to easily transfer data from our reports to the SimpleCert certificate template and upload. They worked with our IT department to integrate their platform with our email system to personalize the distribution process. Customer support is a quick email away and we now have self service certificate templates to cover all of our event needs. Great team to work with and a great product. Highly recommend! What problems is SimpleCert solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to process certificates internally using outdated certificate software and an Excel merge file which was more cumbersome using our post event reports used to qualify attendees for CPE credit. The only downside I can speak to is the on-demand user option. Since I'm using the software only when needed, I sometimes have to re-learn how to navigate the software. But it doesn't take long and I'm able to do what I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hello and thank you for your comments! I think your use-case might be way more common that you may realize, and we believe it is actually one of the reasons so many people find SimpleCert preferable compared to other platforms: You might only need to use the platform sporadically, throughout the year and therefore it makes no sense to pay for a continual monthly subscription. I'm glad you found us, and happy that you find the "use-as-needed" approach works well you. You also bring up another great point on this too - that it can therefore take some time to re-acquaint yourself on the platform if you've not been in there for several months. In the platform, you will see a small camera icon next to all aspects of the system - that camera icon links to a short video tutorial about just that specific area of the platform, and that might be a helpful tool for you if you're stuck on a specific aspect and just need to see a 1 minute video for how something is set up. You can also access the full video tutorial library directly from your dashboard in your account. Last item - if at any point you would rather set up a time and speak with a SimpleCert Specialist about anything - you can always schedule a call at your convenience directly from within your account or by clicking on the link below. Before using SimpleCert, issuing certificates was time-consuming, inconsistent, and required manually creating and emailing each one. Tracking who received what—and when—was a logistical headache.

SimpleCert automates the entire certificate process—from creation to delivery—while keeping records organized in one place. Their templates are easy to customize, and the bulk-upload and email features make sending certificates fast and seamless.

What do you like best about SimpleCert?

The amount of support we've received has been phenomenal. Creating automated certificates for our online programs has been extremely challenging until we found SimpleCert. Our representative, Erin, has been critical in creating this experience. He has offered us multiple video conference calls to help walk us through the process of setting up our software and making sure it's working. Even when we made adjustments later, he scheduled calls and made the process very simple. I have never had such a good experience with any company and I've been in the online business space for more than 10 years. I just can't say enough. Beyond the service, the software itself is such a fair price. Other companies we found were literally 10 times more expensive, or more! Far out of our budget for the amount of certificates we need automated each month. Absolutely love the service. It works perfectly. We haven't had any issues. The problem they solved is huge! We were having to manually create certificates and email them to our clients each month. We weren't able to scale as a result. Now it's completely automated and there's so many additional helpful options that SimpleCert offers that we didn't have as well. Like the email that goes to people with the certificate and how we can adjust what that says which allows us to offer marketing. And also the problem of we don't know what the hell we're doing! What do you like best about SimpleCert?

SimpleCert has a really user-friendly interface and a very clear subscription option assortment. It suits our organization's needs and budget perfectly, and we like being able to buy send credits on demand rather than being locked into a monthly plan. What do you dislike about SimpleCert?

Having to manually refresh our API key with Zapier every few months is a little annoying, as it can cause some of our workflows to break for certificate distribution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
