SimpleCert has a really user-friendly interface and a very clear subscription option assortment. It suits our organization's needs and budget perfectly, and we like being able to buy send credits on demand rather than being locked into a monthly plan. SimpleCert has a 99%positive reputation, and distributes thousands of certificates every single day, but even with that high of a reputation there can be firewalls and email servers that will still restrict the deliverability. This is especially common with government or institutional email addresses. Have you explored setting up your emails to be sent out via your own email server? This is simple to do, is free, and can directly improve your deliverability because your recipients are likely already getting emails from you directly. Here's an article on how to make this change in your account: https://simplecert.net/help/can-i-use-my-own-email-server/ . Please also do not hesitate to book time with an account specialist, from the dashboard of your account (This is the "Request help setting up" link).
