**What do you like best about Simple Salon?**

I have found that the software was simple and easy to use. Easy to keep track of appointments and client information. My fellow stylist and I had no trouble learning the new software when it was implemented in my salon and was easy to teach to new employees

**What do you dislike about Simple Salon?**

The sms messaging didnt always work as planned. Clients complained they either didnt receive a message or they received several in a row. Online payments didnt always work when needed. Stil would reccomend to other salons

**What problems is Simple Salon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Booking and tracking salon growth
