They have provided quality candidates who receive the same level of basic training such as communication and data security which has resulted in a smooth onboarding process for new engineers whenever we need to rapidly scale our operations. While having the most experience with Azure, the staff provided to us have been capable of developing for Google Cloud Kubernetes workloads. Before Simform, we had grappled with candidates of varying quality at outsourcing firms who were less than truthful in their promises. I not 'just' work with 2 people, Simform has an entire project management system in place with multiple people so it's super easy to reach out to them and ask a questions - Flexibility and great value -> As a business owner I have to keep tight control on cashflow. With Simform, payment and contracts are very flexible, giving me enough confidence to flexibly scale-up my business rather. I would be lying if I'd say I didn't like that they communicate a lot, they try to understand my problems and do all sorts of stuff that is normal in a partnership. **Recommendations to others considering Simform:** I've used Simform to increase the capacity of my Software team (UX + software developer), I already had a small team in place. I have no experience myself with completely outsourcing the entire team to Simform. For the UX designer, Simform shared a design portfolio beforehand so that I could get a feel of that UX designer's skills before making the purchasing decision. For the (senior) developer I employed from Simform, I let my lead developer let him pick up a few stories right at the start to see his ability. **What problems is Simform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Simform reached out to us early 2024. At that time, I was wearing many hats and becoming a real bottleneck on many business decisions. After a quick call with Simform, I decided to start with a UX designer to help our software team with designs. After a while, I also started with a senior .NET developer.
