**What do you like best about Simform?**

They work as an extended part of our team, not just a delivery resource. They stay aligned with our roadmap, contribute across mobile, backend, and QA, and don't need constant direction to move forward. Delivery has been consistent and predictable throughout our engagement.  In short, they have taken ownership and responsibility for our tech performance

**What do you dislike about Simform?**

nothing really comes to mind at this time

**What problems is Simform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run a multi-feature sports club management platform covering membership, payments, events, and communications across web and mobile. Keeping engineering moving across all of that without stretching our internal team was the core challenge. Simform stepped in as our product engineering partner and took ownership across mobile, backend, QA, and cloud infrastructure. Since then, our release cycles have become more predictable and our internal team has been able to stay focused on product decisions rather than getting pulled into execution. The consistency they bring across the full stack has made a real difference as we scale.

**What do you like best about Simform?**

Their responsiveness and ability to integrate with our team. They communicate well, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and consistently provide dependable development support. Their flexibility and willingness to problem-solve collaboratively have made projects move faster and more smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Simform?**

We’re still working through some process and planning inefficiencies as the partnership matures. At times, sprint planning and resource allocation have felt too reactive, which can make it harder to prioritize the highest-impact work within our budget.

**Recommendations to others considering Simform:**

This is a well structured team with great processes in place to help you structure your development needs in an organized way. They have ample resources available for any type of work you're looking to accomplish and everyone we've worked with so far seems genuine and happy with their job which is reflected in their work.

**What problems is Simform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The development team helps us expand our technical capacity without needing to build and scale a large in-house engineering team. They provide additional development resources, specialized expertise, and faster execution so projects can move forward efficiently even when internal bandwidth is limited.

**What do you like best about Simform?**

Simform has been extremely flexible throughout the process. The team is reliable and approach their work with enthusiasm, positivity and focus; I know any updates, requirement changes or last minute request will be addressed with flexibility and support. Their documentation is comprehensive and they're extremely organized, helping us manage milestones and key decisions. Everyone is kind, thoughtful and a pleasure to work with.

**What do you dislike about Simform?**

In my experience Simform will provide a level of strategy and technical recommendation but often requires specific instruction for execution; I would encourage the team to be more proactive in testing out certain features to and review results with PM and design teams (this is specific for what we needed out of the tool we built)

**Recommendations to others considering Simform:**

If you're looking to build a site with a dedicated, affordable, and genuinely lovely team to work with, Simform will be a great partner.

**What problems is Simform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are working with Simform to help build a tool that allows businesses ton understand their workforce data, benefits uptake and gaps. This is a highly complex tool that integrates with multiple API, needs to account for several edge cases and user types. This tool provides learning on market demand, positions us as leaders in the space, tackling under-represented issues in managerial assistance.

There is nothing I dislike about Simform.

**What problems is Simform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simform was a strong partner during a critical evolution of our engineering model. They quickly assembled a high-quality offshore team that stabilized execution while we scaled our internal engineering hub.
 
Within months, we were operating with significantly more ownership and flexibility. Their team is consistently sharp, responsive, and focused on outcomes.
 
What sets them apart is how they show up as a partner—they bring additional capacity when needed, contribute to complex technical decisions, and integrate seamlessly with our internal team. Staffing transitions have been smooth, and their ability to re-engage team members who already know our environment is a real advantage.
 
Highly reliable and easy to work with—I’d recommend them to any team going through a similar transition.

**What do you like best about Simform?**

We really appreciate the level of expertise and skill set that Simform offers, especially in Python and JavaScript front end. The relatively high level of expertise was crucial for our needs, particularly for senior developer level tasks. We also value the self-direction and autonomy of the Simform team. They work closely with us in setting directions and handling tasks but also display a strong sense of independence and synergy. This allows us to pass projects to them confidently, knowing they will manage them well, from integrating with our AWS deployment to handling complexities with extra dependencies.  Another really appreciated aspect has been the organisation's responsiveness; they worked closely and responsively with us so we could identify our needs and match with the right candidates on their side, presenting a good range of candidates and shifting the offer as our understanding of our needs changed during the process. Furthermore, they've been very attentive to our needs as the projects progressed, actively seeking areas of improvement.

**What do you dislike about Simform?**

Nothing particularly; sometimes video calls have technical issues which increases friction but that's probably inevitable when working with remote teams, particularly in other countries.

**What problems is Simform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simform helps us meet tight deadlines by providing expert programming talent. They've enabled us to deliver high-quality software on time and integrate seamlessly with our team, maintaining a collaborative environment while allowing for self-direction and autonomy.

**What do you like best about Simform?**

The genuine partnership approach. They're not just filling seats—they want to understand our business context and grow their people alongside ours. When I raised collaboration challenges between our Australian and Indian teams, the response was constructive and solution-focused. They also made it easy for us to visit and work with the team in person, ensuring we understood and shared in local traditions to better connect with our teammates. That investment in relationship-building makes a real difference. The CSM relationship has been particularly valuable for understanding how things are really going, not just the polished version.

**What do you dislike about Simform?**

Nothing significant. The usual challenges of distributed teams apply-timezone coordination and building shared context take deliberate effort-but Simform has been a willing partner in addressing these.

**Recommendations to others considering Simform:**

Treat them as partners, not vendors. The more context you share about your business and the more you invest in the relationship, the more you'll get back. They're set up to be a genuine extension of your team if you let them.

**What problems is Simform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're a 17-year-old SaaS company going through a significant platform transformation with a small engineering team. Simform provides us with 10 engineers integrated into our organisation, effectively doubling our engineering capacity. This enables us to tackle platform modernisation and new AI capabilities while maintaining our existing product.

Sometimes I forget words when speaking English, but they speak slowly and clearly so they can understand me, and they are easy to understand :)

So far, there hasn't been anything I disliked about them.

I haven't thought about it. Actually, I don't think I have any advice to give right now; they're just trying to do their jobs to the best of their ability.

When establishing a company, they provide support in every way they can, leveraging their versatile skills and professionalism.

I have been in the UX environment for over 15 years and I have never seen a team work this efficiently. Healthy discussions within a true agile approach supports the vision, willingness to pivot and continue connectivity and communication.

**What do you dislike about Simform?**

Nothing I can say on their end, only from the business side of things.

**What problems is Simform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tech build for a complex platform for healthcare and human services to better support day-to-day operations as a supporting CRM tool. 

I just want to say thank you! Your level of expertise, professionalism and willingness to calibrate on unique flows has made this process work smoothly and efficiently.

I appreciate that Simform helps keep our strategies concentrated and integrates seamlessly into our working process. Their services make our designs adaptable and support us by making our marketing services suitable. I find it valuable that Simform does not erect things in the dark; they always want to know why. This approach makes them realistic to work with. Additionally, they help us integrate landing page performance measures.

I would change the quicker turnaround. As we grow, it will be required.

**What do you like best about Simform?**

They took time to deeply understand what I was building and why. From discovery to development, they were incredibly thoughtful, patient, and curious. It never felt like just another app to them—they genuinely connected with the mission. That level of care and investment was invaluable. Simform is responsive, transparent, and solutions-oriented. They were upfront about costs and timelines, which made it easier to plan and adjust. Their flexibility—especially when the scope evolved—helped us stay on track without losing sight of our goals. They continue to provide solid post-launch support and guidance, which is especially helpful as a non-technical founder.

**What do you dislike about Simform?**

There really isn’t much I’d call a downside. Occasionally, some team transitions (e.g., new project manager or dev handoffs) required a bit of extra clarification on my end, but even then, the team remained responsive and handled the learning curve professionally. It never impacted timelines or deliverables.

**Recommendations to others considering Simform:**

If you’re looking for a dev partner who can both build and understand what you’re trying to create—especially if you're not from a tech background—Simform is an excellent choice. Be prepared to engage in meaningful collaboration and give clear context, and they’ll help you bring your vision to life with skill, care, and integrity.

**What problems is Simform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a non-technical founder, I needed a development team who could translate a complex, mission-driven vision into a working platform. Simform helped bring HealthQuest—a health literacy app for kids and families—from idea to launch. They solved the challenge of building a highly customized, interactive experience without requiring me to speak “tech.” Their support helped reduce overwhelm, accelerate development, and stay focused on outcomes.
