It is easy to use with an intuitive interface. Has a lifetime license option with a reasonable price. Responsive to technical concerns although resolution could take time to implement. I like that it's full of features, but also very easy to use with out feeling overloaded. When sending legal documents, it's imporant your client (the recipient) feels safe and secure when handling the signing. So far, the feedback has been all positive. I run a seasonal tax business on the side and it really doesn't make sense for me to pay for Docusign. I needed a signature software that could have a password protected package and SignHouse helped me out greatly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The drawback to Sign house in it's current state is the inability to upload multiple documents in a single envalope. You have to use their PDF merger tool and then upload that document to SignHouse. SignHouse is an amazing product at an amazing price! The features are far from basic for a newer company. I have no idea how they’ve managed to be both simple and robust—but they have!
